Leo, my lovely boy, if only we could see into the future, it's horrible how quickly things can go pear shaped. Yes, you were a pain in the butt sometimes but you were very special and we loved you dearly warts and all. I'm so sad we couldn't have had more time together, you've been taken far too soon. Pain free now at Rainbow Bridge and hopefully chasing your favourite squeaky tennis ball. Missing you so much. Sweet dreams my darling. xxx

Deb, never in my wildest dreams was I going to adopt a youngster and that Boswell woman is responsible - she' a menace!! After our old boy Jake passed away recently my son wanted another boy, a bit younger, 5 ish, the only criteria being he had to be ok with other breeds (Jake wasn't) and be good with my 2 old girls aged 10 & 12. We went to view another boy but he hadn't done well on his dog test and Ruth kept on about Ricky but I said he's too young. She persisted , you know what she's like, so we met him and fell for him big time. We 'road tested' him last weekend and he was brilliant, very quiet, gentle, loving and well behaved and lovely with the girls. nothing like your normal 2 year old. So he's here to stay and we love him to bits. Well done Ruthie!
P.S. The next one will definitely be an older Girl!!

Beryl you have succumbed again, but we know what you are like. Hope Leo helps with your losses. Hope to see you soon, if the K/bury walk kicks off.

I love the way Ricky jumps up onto his bed when you go into his kennel and stands there so patiently, waiting for his lead & muzzle to go on. Such a quiet and friendly boy, he walks happily with the group and takes an interest in everything around him. Big cuddles beautiful - hope its your weekend this weekend.xx

Took Ricky out for a walk today, he was a little head strong to start with, but once we had walked a bit soon settled down.
He is certainly turning into a cuddle monster, didn't want to let me out of his kennel. Will be a lovely addition to any family. He walked very well with Missy.

Ricky is turning into an absolute treasure of a boy. He knows his name, and responds when you speak to him. He is a quiet and calm boy, and I hope so much that his forever home comes along soon.xxx

Ricky is totally well now and a very happy boy. He met the cats last week and with training could live with cats

Poor Ricky, hope his upset tum is better today. xxx

Ricky has had an upset tummy for a few days so had a trip to the vets today, he is now on antibiotics and is feeling much better. He was such a good boy in the vets and didn't react to a medium sized dog in the waiting room.

We loved fussing Ricky today, he's such a gentle little boy. He deserves a fab home.xx

This boy has had 19 races and 1st or 2nd in 12 of them -he was in the open class (top racers) so a very good racer who has now retired although nervous he did seem to like his cuddles today and was a really good boy at bath time.
