Hello the cout family !! wonderful news that you have adopted Laddy !! i just thought that I would drop you a line, when we adopted Bertie a year ago he had only been at Daybreaks a week and also had quite a lot of teeth removed ( all of his lower front ones ) the first week or so he dribbled constantly and I thought oh no, I had to follow him around the house with a towel !! however after a few weeks his dribbling stopped, I think that he got used to having no teeh and he was less nervous !! he does have a really cute thing that his lack of teeth mean his toungue sliips out of the side of his moth when he is tried !! lol - good luck to you all, michelle & Bertie.

We've had a lovely quiet night & so far everyone seems happy to have Jack the Lad around. He is enormous compared to the girlies but a great big dribbling softie! Having discovered a serious lack of teeth it's not surprising, bless him! He loves the squeeky croc he chose from the office & he is a nosy chap investigating his new surroundings. Will keep you posted over the next few days. x

We are happy to have our big lad home with us! He is a great big softie & now has his very own hareem of gorgeous girlies to love him. Patiently stood to have aloe gel massaged into bald & pink patches & wolfed down his tea. All good here so far with waggy tails all round. Will keep you posted. X

We adopted Louis (Fun) our first boy in December after losing our beautiful Ellie. It was a brilliant move, we have not regretted it and we adore him.
He is a bit more of a cuddle monster than our girls have been. Louis loves to have his head on my lap on the settee of a evening where as the girls we've had will have a fuss then take themselves off to bed. I can also echo Dingos Mum's comments as we fostered Dingo for a short while he is a lovely boy and very laid back boy. I believe the greys often pick us and each other as skinnyme said take your girls to the kennels and out for a walk with Laddy, see how it goes. Please keep us posted of you do. X

If I was looking to add to our Greyhound family, I'd adopt another boy, no question. Our big boy Gent is soooooo much more chilled out than our pocket rocket Emily! I always say as well that the fact that the boys are bigger, gives you more Greyhound to hug! Go see him with your girls and you'll just know. Good luck. Mand x

Laddy is lovely and gets on so well with Bunny, his kennel mate, The boys are fab! Why not bring your girls up to visit him and see how they get on, my two boys live with 5 girls and just take it in their stride!

I keep coming back to Laddy's picture & wondering if he would like to come & live here with our girls?? He is Lady's half sister & I can see her in him so much! What do you guys think??
I don't think my girls would mind & we have had 4 for a long time - Beautiful Maisie & then having lost Kelly so suddenly recently. But i've never had a chap grey & for some reason feel a little unsure?! Ruth???

The beautiful Laddy is a big, stocky boy who was a bit reluctant to have his bath this afternoon (well, it is a bit of a noisy & scary machine!!!) but patiently let us dry him and give him a good look over, bless him. He happily tucked into his supper though! xx
