Millhouse will be joining his fellow greys on this Sundays Sutton Walk.
If there is anyone who has it in their mind they would like to welcome a friendly, affectionate greyhound who gets on brilliantly with his fellow greys an d has bundles of character into their home please come and take a look at this lad tomorrow.
For anyone not able to make the walk but would like to view him at the Open Day he should be back at Daybreaks by 1.00 pm.

Millhouse is the first Daybreaks resident to try out the first newly refurbished kennel complete with trendy tiled floor! When the underbed heating is completed they will be luxury apartments! Xxx

Millhouse will have to start his own blog so he can keep us all up to date with his outings and share his experiences of how to get used to other breeds in the big, wide world! I love this boy and he has shown now that he can learn what's expected of him quite quickly - his next outing really should be to his very own forever home. Big cuddles for you sweetheart. xxxx

"Action Boy" Millhouse has once again been out and about on the road today. He joined 13 other 'already happily homed' hounds at Evesham Country Park Shopping Centre where they were all able to prove what fantastic family pets greyhounds make.
Millhouse once again behaved impeccably when meeting adults, children and several other non greys both large and small.
He has now most definately learnt that there are other dogs in the big wide world that are not greyhounds and therefore has no problems when meeting them.
Hopefully this fabulous lad is now not far away from finding the permanent home he most certainly deserves.

Another boy we have to get a home for Christmas.

Millhouse has today proved on his second visit to Brueton Park what an amazing quick learner he is.
On his visit there a week ago he was at first having difficulty why other dogs could run free off the lead and that they wern't all greyhounds!!
Today he has walked calmly on the lead showing no reaction whatsoever to any of the many dogs he met today.
I was so proud of him !!
He has also obviously benefitted from his 2 awareness days at Melbricks.
He really is ready for his forever home now and whoever can give him this home is going to have one fantastic greyhound as their companion.

Met Millhouse at the Stratford walk today, what a lovely boy he is!
Despite concerns about non-greys, he met Amber and they got on fine from the start. His behavior was exceptional during the walk.

Wish someone would see what a wonderful lad Millhouse is and whisk him off to his forever home! Xxx

What a really busy day for Millhouse!!
After spending the morning on the Stratford Walk where he socialised perfectly with the 30 plus fellow greys that he met and enjoying the tasty treats on offer he then went up to Melbricks where he spent 2 hours meeting and greeting the many shoppers that were there.
His behaviour towards people both adults and children was faultless.
He met several non greys and although slightly curious towards small furries he does not display aggression towards them.
He is a dog full of character and curiousity who will be suited to a home that keeps him active for which he will return many years of affection and loyalty.

Millhouse I'm so happy that you had a lovely morning out at Melbicks today. I know that the outside world is very exciting for you, but each time you go out you are discovering all sorts of new things and really doing well in coping with it all. You love to play and you love to jump - here's hoping that your special forever home is just around the corner. Big cuddles for you tonight sweetheart. xx

Well done Millhouse! He spent the morning at Melbicks with Maggie and me. He was so well behaved, he was excellent in the car-lying down in the boot. Walked well on the lead. He had heaps of cuddles and strokes off children and adults and loved all the attention. He was also good with passing dogs all except one small white poodle, WELL DONE Millhouse hopefully your forever sofa comes soon. xx

Millhouse jumped higher than ever in the run while waiting for his dinner this afternoon! I think his trip to to the park gave him a big appetite....many thanks to Norman for taking him. Really hope it won't be long before someone recognises what a special lad he is and takes him home! Xxx

Millhouse has today visited Brueton Park.He travelled well in the car.
He was obviously very curious to see dogs running loose off the lead and although becoming quite excited at first he gradually became accustomed to it and by the end of his walk [approx. 1 hour] was behaving well.
He's a lovely friendly lad with great character who would be well suited to an active home with plenty of opportunity for exercise to suit his inquisitive personality.
Hopefully that home will be arriving soon for him. He deserves it.

i really hope millhouse is lucky soon- perhaps as he is such a good boy santa will deliver his wish in time for xmas xx

all being well if the lovely Millhouse has not found his forever sofa by next Saturday, he is coming with us to Melbicks and hopefully one of the shoppers will fall in love with himxx

The lovely Millhouse was stretched out on his bed as I walked past this evening, and barely raised an eyelid as I said goodnight!! He really does deserve his chance now, keeping fingers crossed that it happens for him this weekend. Big cuddle sweetheart xxx

Thanks again for taking Millhouse yesterday lovegreys, he had a great time. However, even a long and tiring day out didn't prevent him from his usual rhythmic bouncing routine as the food bowls approached! My, he can certainly reach the heights! Big cuddles handsome xx

Millhouse was a great companion at the show today. After the initial excitement of this new experience, he relaxed into the day by giving out lots of love and leaning at every opportunity. Handsome, friendly and with fabulous ears. Well done today gorgeous boy. x

Millhouse and Mac gave us a synchronised bouncing demonstration this morning! They were waiting for their breakfast in the run and were bouncing in perfect time! You can always rely on a Greyhound to make you smile :)) Xxx

Have to agree with LadyVictoria - this boy's kennel is so easy to clean in the morning, we must check to make sure he is actually spending the night there and not going off visiting somewhere!! Just love this handsome fella, he loves fuss and is very friendly- and does a very fair impression of a kangaroo when he spots the food bowl coming!! Big cuddles for you today. xx

Every morning this lads kennel is absolutely spotless and his bed doesn't look as though it has been slept in...sure he must be making it himself! He has a fab personality and loves lots of cuddles! .....his bottom is looking much better too! Xxx

Millhouse was such a good boy out on his walk today. He has a lovely character and just stood and watched as two very large horses were ridden past him on the path. No reaction whatsoever. He is a bit of a fusspot as well. All in all one perfect greyhound.
