Please prospective owners do not be put off if dogs are a little shy in coming forward to you spend some time with them before moving on to the next kennel. My dog Jed is a little like Ronny did not put himself forward but he is a super lad, goes on awareness days and even visits care homes as a therapy dog. Bringing a dog out of its 'shell' is one of the most rewarding things you can do.

Oh please someone give this lovely lad a chance.

I second that Jess Ronnie was a great lad at the show didn't either bother with little Jess my terrier cross so well behave if i had room i would snap this lad up what are people waiting for you dont know what missing out on his so lovable xxx

Ronnie had a long day at the show today, he even came first in the best ears!! The judge said he had an odd looking ear (as one had decided to flip over - haha) He behaved impeccably well around all sizes of dog, spending most of his time with myself, Sara and Lorraine's non greys. He is a dream to travel and jumps straight into the car, and soon settles once you start to travel. He was a little stressed at the amount of people that were there but overall seemed to settle a little more as the day went on, I really hope this super boy's home is around the corner!
He gets my cuddle tonight, even though we had many throughout today :)

Apart from Dex Ronny is now Daybreaks longest resident. As ever it can be hard to understand why some dogs take longer to rehome than others.
Ive taken Ronny out several times to different events and walks and can say with complete confidence he is 100% other breed friendly and could definately live with other dogs. He is very shy on first meeting people but so friendly and affectionate when he gets to know you.
Hopefully I will be taking him to Sundays Show so please come and say hello to him and see for yourself what a gentle affectionate lad he is and perhaps someone on Sunday will be able to offer him the forever home he so deserves.

Now Ronny's friend Jato has been reserved....please will someone give this most beautiful boy a chance. Xxx

Ronny and Jato get on so well together....when we leave the kennels in the evening they are usually cuddled up together. :) Jato's confidence has grown so much since she and Ronny have been sharing a kennel. They are a very special couple. Xxx

Ronny is such a sweet lad, loves his cuddles and any attention. He is a big lad but he doesn't know it! He is a quiet boy who seems to get along with everyone :) xxx

Spent time today in with Ronny and Lucky, they are great, love the pair of them :-)

Ronny is a very nice lad. He does do quite sudden lurches on his lead if he is not in the front on his walks which can be a bit disconcerting at first but he quietened down and walked nicely on the return. He seems very affectionate and enjoyed being dried off with a towel when we returned from yet another wet walk! xx

Sending my cuddle to Ronny tonight. He is sharing the kitchen kennel and run with Lucky. They compliment each other, he seems to be a quiet lad and she is a bossy girl! They get on very well. Xxx :)
