Buster is settling in very well and with Tui. He's eaten all his tea last night and breakfast this morning. Gorgeous dog who loves hugs and fuss. We're popping in to kennels tomorrow to get nails clipped, teeth scraped, a new fancy collar, couple of coats, some Youmove to get his joints moving better and a longer lead.. oh and a bigger bed. We're in touch with previous owner's family and providing welcome updates.

Well done buster, glad you've been snapped up again which must also bring comfort to your previous owner. Love to all xxx

Yesterday the gorgeous Buster was returned to our care as his owner is unwell.
I can’t believe how golden he has been. Not bothered with our chicken, good around food and slept downstairs last night on his own. We tried to help him do stairs but he preferred being downstairs. He has been clean and he is very affectionate. If I had a quieter life I’d be seriously tempted as he ticks all my boxes... black, leggy and absolutely soulfully beautiful. If you have adopted from Daybreaks before and you are interested please call me (don’t message as I won’t look at Facebook throughout the day) on 01217827702. I am doing WhatsApp home visits but would prefer to rehome during the current lockdown to someone who has previously adopted from Daybreaks. I hope you understand x

Buster arrived back into the care of Daybreaks this evening as sadly his owner can no longer look after him. He is staying with us and has settled in really well so far. He is just absolutely gorgeous x

Good luck Buster. I shall miss my Saturday morning maulings. Your new family are going to have a lot of fun with you.

I do like Buster. He's a larger than life character in his kennels but is perhaps one of the easiest hound to walk that you could meet.

A quick visit to see Buster in his kennel this morning. What a laugh - Buster is just a great hound to spend time with.

Buster came out with us this morning. He's a really lovely hound and great to walk with.

I met Buster today, what a super lad he is! Very happy and is settling well. He met a lady from the Brain Rehabilitation Service who had come in to groom some of the dogs. She loved him and he loved her! Sending him my cuddle tonight. Xxx

This gorgeous boy arrived at the same time as us this morning! Poor lad was quite confused and worried and I spent a little time fussing him which he seemed to like! Hope he has settled in now and that his new sofa comes soon. xx
