Thought I had better give you an update on Sidney, well he has settled in very nicely, and the cats love him, in fact fudge our ginger cat has even taken to sleeping with Sidney in his bed sometimes, he also comes out for a walk when we take Sidney. So needless to say he has settled in very nicely.
He is such a loveable boy. Also he likes his food A LOT and is always on the scrounge for more.
Ruth it's a pity we missed you the other weekend when we came up, I think you would have noticed a difference in him, we will try and get up again soon. Will you be going to Sutton Park on Sunday for the walk?

Coming up to the end of his 3rd week with us. What can I say - he is a dog that gives lots of love and demands it back. He is great with the cats but the oldest cat wont go near him. Apart from the odd accident he is fine in the house. Out for walks he is really behaved, a bit skittish when a noisey motorbike goes past. We have noticed when at home if anything goes missing like mobiles, slippers, specs etc - you will always find them in Sidneys bed - what a thief but nice with it. He is always doing new things, took him to our friends paddock and let him off the lead, but he didnt stray far and came back to us when we called him.

had a call from Sidney's mum today to tell me he is settling in really well, fine with the cats and has met some little dachshunds and was good with them as well. he is such a sweet natured boy. so pleased for him and his new family. xxx

Got Sidney home, he has met the cats they hissed at him a bit, nothing serious so far,
he had his lunch then we took him for a walk tonight.

i did the home check on thursday and it was fine, Steph can go and fetch Sidney whenever she is ready. i am sure they are planning on Monday afternoon or next weekend at the latest. Ina

Sidney is a sweetheart, a really lovely gentle boy who will make a wonderful companion for somebody, utterly gorgeous.xxx

He looks stunning, i have got his mommy, Jerry's Lady, now Leah (Loopy Leah), she is fab, if he is anything like his mother he will be a fantastic addition to anyones family.

he is a beautifull boy, took him for a walk and he is wonderfull, hopefully take him home on Sunday. xx
