Skye is back at the kennels today after having a lovely Christmas with her Foster family. They said she has been a lovely house guest and if they were in the position to keep her would have offered her a home with them. Sure with her good looks and charm it won't be long before she finds her special home comes along. Xxx

I was reading the RIPs from owners of their lost beloved hounds.
When I hung my heart on the remembrance tree at Daybreaks for my 4 Greys that had gone over Rainbow bridge I said to Ruth "If it's true that all our past faithful dogs wait for us on the other side of the Bridge, then you and I are in big trouble! We will be caught in a stampede"
What joy that would bring. RIP Dylan, Izzy, Cara (pearl) Ollie (Vinny) missing you still x

Skye looks such a sweet girl and sad she has had a stressful time being handed in, which seems worse because it's at Christmas time. However at least she was bought to Daybreaks the best place for Grey's to find a happy ending to their story. Fingers crossed. wishing her and Ruth and all the staff a Restful happy Christmas. You are Mega people x

A cuddle for Skye tonight...she was very stresssed to find herself back in kennels. Xxx

Skye was homed through the trust direct from her trainer earlier this year. Sadly she has been returned due to a member of the family developing an allergy. Her previous owner says she is a lovely girl who just likes to be around company. She is good with children, good on the lead too. She knows how to play fetch with rope, balls and frisby. She is distraught to have to find her another home. Xxx
