Just after we had Archive he was fascinated by the tv, anything with wildlife or things moving at speed. I can still having to help him off the window sill - after a rabbit had lopped off the screen right next to the curtain so he decided it would be behind the curtain. On the other hand both the girls ignore it. Xxx

Great to hear Harry is doing so well. There must be something he might like to watch on the TV...Lassie? 101 Dalmatians? or Wallace & Gromit?
:))) Sending Harry lots of love Xxx

So pleased to hear Harry is getting on so well. I have a big soft spot for him - not just because he's related to my Rainbow Bridge boy Bert (who had a lovely gentle nature and lived to the ripe old age of 13 1/4). Thanks for the update. x

Update on Harry Has found his bark and waggy tail. Eating well i think he has put on a bit of weight Coat improving brushing him with conditioning spray.. Still very nervous of people when we go on walks and doesn't like the TV at all retires to the utility until its off so I take his bed in there before i put the TV on apart from that he seems quite happy. I spoke to Harry's Mum yesterday. She said to let everyone know he is doing fine and she loves him! He loves his new Greyhound family and is especially close to Daisy, he won't go for a walk without her. :) He is a little scared of the television at the moment and takes himself off to another room when it is on, bless him.
So very happy for him. Xxx

Oh my goodness, well done my beautiful boy!!! I was so worried that your shy nature might mean you would have to wait a while. Teddy & I are just squealing with delight. Such a massive, massive thankyou to whoever has reserved you. Now, I just need another hero for my beautiful shy girl Bell. X

We all love Harry! He is a very sweet and very loveable lad. Hoping Annie will cheer him up after kennel mates Rosie net out on foster. Xxx

Having walked the totally fabulous harry this afternoon, I agree with LM, he is brilliant. He's a tall dog which is lovely because you can stroke him whilst he walks calmly by your side. What a stress buster!!!! It is so lovely to see his gentle nature.Having lost his kennel mate Rosie to foster, he is now with another lovely girlie (Annie I think) and they seem to be fine. Massive cuddles for him tonight xxxxxxx

Harry is GORGEOUS. He may be large but he's so gentle. I was excited to look at his pedigree and to see that his great Grandad is Just the Best who is my rainbow bridge boy's Daddy! If Harry is anything like Bert then he'll be a super gentle and respectful companion. Bert also lived to 13 and a quarter! Harry was shy in his kennel and had to be helped to get out for his walk but he walked beautifully. He responds well to people and looked like he got on well with the other greyhounds. Please would someone give him a chance and remember that being large doesn't mean being strong or difficult and also that his dry skin will improve and he'll lose his kennel coat. Fingers crossed for some viewings and a forever home very soon. x

Omg, Harry you are breaking my heart, you look so sad and scared, just want to give you a cuddle, I hope you find the perfect home with possibly another kind but confident grey to show you that you are safe and you will be OK, you just need somebody to be patient and loving and I am sure you will then flourish and be a happy Harry. Good luck sweetheart xxxxxx

Harry was in the run with Rosie today. What a difference a week makes. He not only had little lean on me but allowed me to stroke him. There's a lovely boy in there just waiting to emerge. Huge cuddles xxxxx

Again maybe his genes making him a little nervous and stressed, Jato is a real nervous Nellie, Breeze was a little better - when he is settled and finds a home try a thunder shirt worked for both girls. Xxx

New boy Harry is a nervous lad and a little stressed. Sending him a big cuddle tonight. Xxx
Monday 20 May 19:50
He looks lovely - but having looked at his pedigree I noticed his paternal granddad is my Jatos dad and his maternal grandad is our Breeze’s dad so he may well be the most loving - daft, mad, crazy houndie !! Good luck to whom ever he chooses!!!!xxx

Lol, Jack used to watch the bike racing, he loved it, and he once watched a whole programme on Meerkats, he never took his eyes off the screen, think it must have been the high pitched noises they make, it was so funny. I once has a cat that liked to watch the snooker, when somebody potted a ball he used to run around the back of the TV to look for it - hours of amusement xxxxx
