Hi Lilly,

Fox came with me to the Morrisons roadshow at the weekend. He was a super super good lad. He was the star of the day and well behaved.

He wasn't moving around too much but was happy to walk around calmly and was happy to either stand their with a volunteer, sit down or lie down.

Hope this info helps!

Hi Longingforanothergrey, we took Fox on the Whitley Court charity walk along with our greyhound Molly. They got on great and travelled well in the car together. Jo also got on well with the other greyhounds on the walk and all other breeds he came across. He is currently kennelled with Gabby so I think he would be a perfect companion for your Mr Sparkle.

Do you think he'd be happy living with another grey, our Mr Sparkle? Or would he prefer to be alone?

Such a shame that things didn't work out for you matey. At least you have had a sample of home life though, and it sounds like you got it sorted very quickly - well done. Your forever home will be out there soon. xxx

Fox came to stay with us on trial. He was a dream of a dog. The only reason for his return was that our autistic son did not react very well - hence why we did a trial in the first place. Fox is an incredible dog. He settled quickly to our home. He didn’t cry or bark. Even overnight he was good as gold. He walks perfectly on the lead. He met some other breeds of dogs out and about and was absolutely fine with them. We wish him all the best and know that he will make a super addition to someone’s family.

Hello Longingforanothergrey...... yes, sadly Mr Fox is back. He came back from trial through no fault of his own. He was absolutely brilliant and will make an amazing pet. I have asked the family to put on comment about his stay with them. He really is amazing.

How do you think he’d be with children (5 and 11)? Would he be ok to be left for a few hours? He looks lovely and the fact he gets on with other breeds would be great for us.

Gutted we missed meeting Fox today! He looks so gorgeous. Probably for the best though, I need to avoid temptation. It would be so easy to adopt a house full.

Took the handsome Fox to Brueton Park today. He travelled well in the car and was happy to get out and explore. He is a lovely quiet boy who walked on a loose lead and there was no reaction to any dogs he met, even the ones who were barking at him or came nose to nose with him. He drew lots of attention and we were stopped a number of times by people commenting on how beautiful he is with his white markings and he was happy to be fussed. There were a group of people playing basketball and he was unsettled by the sudden noise of the ball hitting the backboard but he soon settled when we moved away. He is so sweet and gentle and was a pleasure to take out x

I took the lovely Fox to Elmdon Park on Friday. He is such a gentle soul. He stood calmly to be leaded up and off we went. I walk along the A45 to the park. This is obviously a very busy road and the traffic did spook him a bit. Once in the park though, he really relaxed and he trotted along happily. We met lots of small dogs and there was no reaction. If anything, I think he was a bit scared of them barking at him! He is a really sweet boy and extremely handsome with all his white flecks. He was a pleasure to take out xx

I'm a little bit surprised that this lad hasn't been snapped up by now. Not just for his snowflake coat, a wonderful talking point on his walks. He met my Belle and Sammy yesterday in a very calm gentlemanly manner. His laidback friendlyness reminded me of my dear Paddy. I feel certain Fox will make a wonderful addition to any family, I hope he doesn't have to wait too long xx
