Kira has had two nights with us now and has already settled into a routine. No problems through the night and lets you know when she needs to go out to the toilet.
She's a little darling!

Rhianna came home with us today, what a lovely girl she is too. We have decided to call her Kira (it's Gaelic for dark and shiny!!) We have had a really great day so far, have been on two walks and met some of the local dogs. She has had no toilet accidents indoors and is now curled up on the sofa with our other Grey, Ruby. We're sat on the floor!!!Thank-you to everyone for all your help.

Well, what a beautiful looking girl you are Rhianna. Kay has been working on me, admittedly not too hard, it's not necessary. We're coming to the kennels today to see Ruth with Ruby and JoJo so we'll say hello and introduce you to the girls. Who knows!!

she would love to live with Ruby and Jojo! She is a really good girl and settled well for the few days she was with us with our greys..... not an ounce of trouble!

Kay, i have got 3 large male greyhounds and when i decided to bring Kenzie home who is the biggest of the lot i also wondered about having space but amazingly all 3 boys fit into my Rover car (obviously with the seats down) and in the house you don't even know that he is here. the other two just welcomed him into the fold and at the time i also still had my little Monty who was a collie and he loved him too. why not take Ruby and Jojo to meet her and see how they get on? it's worth a try and then you can make your mind up, always best to have a go otherwise you might regret letting her go to someone else and you'll always wonder 'what if' ... love Ina x

Hi Ruth, how big is she? we are concerned about space and whether we would have the time to commit to toilet training as we work full time..., and whether it would be fair on Ruby and Jojo, there is definately something about her, sooo gorgeous! what to you think?x

She learnt toilet training very quickly when she was at our house following her spey. She is back at the kennels now but I am sure she will pick up her training quickly - she is such a clever girl!

is this gorgeous girl house trained? she has won our hearts, sooo beautiful, cant believe she hasn't been snatched up yetxxxx

I think Daybreaks has only about a dozen people who re-home, it just looks like a lot because we 12 keep adding another one grey to our pack lol!!!!!!!!!!!! We have MULTIPLE GREY SYNDROME (well at least its a good addiction!)

I did not meet this little lady when i was at the kennels on friday as she was at the vets' to be spayed. on her picture she looks so lovely though and i would not be surprised if i won't see her as she might be gone before i manage to get to the kennels next weekend.x

after much thought ( still being newbies ) we have decided to concentrate on chelsea for the time being hopefully when the time is right we will get her a greyhound companion, rhianna we are sorry little one but you are so lovely im sure you will find your forever home soon x x

Rhianna is going to be speyed tomorrow. I have brought her home tonight to give her extra cuddles before her big day tomorrow. She is so sweet. She has only been at ours for about an hour, had her dinner, did a wee outside and has fallen asleep in the hallway! I shall go downstairs, move her to the sofa and we can watch Corrie together this evening!

We met Rhianna today when we popped into Daybreaks. She had not long come into the kennels, and is very affectionate & gave me lots of kisses! We are bringing Chelsea to meet her next weekend to see how they get on together, and hopefully she will come and live with us too :)
