Hi Naomi,
I must admit I have got my eye on Rolo, but really shouldn't be considering another addition just yet. Then of course we would need one of the black beauties as well to even the balance :)

What a lovely family pic! Looks to me like someone is collecting black and white greyhounds....how many will you end up with? :). Your home will look like a patch work quilt. Lovely! I only have one fawn but would actually like one of each colour if I had space ha ha. Naomi x

Hi LadyVictoria. Thank you for your kind words. I am really, really happy that Mannie has found a lovely new family. I know he will be well loved & have lots of fun with two little friends . Everyone at Daybreaks & Beryl were so considerate to me & tried to make a horrible situation easier for both Mannie & my boyfriend & I. I think of him every day & have his photo as my screen saver but it helps to know he is getting love & cuddles with Bailey & Macey & his new Mum & Dad. Thank you again for thinking of me. xx

Hi Littleandy, I felt so sad when you had to return Mannie; but I am sure you are happy he has found a lovely home. I really hope one day you will get another chance to have a dog. Kind regards x

Mannie is settling in beautifully with Bailey and Macy. No arguments, they often share beds and don't fight over their food. They do compete over who sits with us on the sofas though. If one moves the next one hops straight on for cuddle. Makes it very difficult to get anything done...well that's my excuse anyway.

Mannie was my gorgeous boy for only four days. Regretably my partner despite his best efforts could not overcome a strong aversion to dogs which was so extreme we had no choice but to let him go and I am beyond devestated. Mannie stole my heart completely & would be the most perfect pet for anyone. He is calm, super friendly, loving, fully house trained from the word go, never whined or cried & we left him alone without any problems. He is very good with children & oblivious to noises like the washing machine or vacuum. He loves cuddles, chasing his squeeky bone (and he might be nearly 7 but he is very strong & lively!), and after a walk he collapses by your feet treating you to his legs in the air every so often. I cannot find anything bad to say about this angel apart from that he isn't mine anymore but I will cherish what I had with him and remember him forever. Please someone come & take him to your lovely home & fall in love with him too. He deserves only the very best. xxx

We meet this gorgeous boy and his owner on Sunday at Sutton Park walk. I really felt for the owner as she was obviously heartbroken at the thought of having to maybe return him. So sorry it didn't work out for them despite her partner trying to overcome his obvious fears on the walk. Having met Mannie I think it is safe to say he won't be around for long as he is lovely and I was surprised by his age as he looks so young and playful. Must admit I was very tempted but unfortunately our lottery numbers didn't come up again this week! Good luck fella as you would make someone a fabulous pet x

Mannie was returned yesterday after only 4 days in a home and his owner sent me a heartbreaking email - she is devastated that she couldn't keep him due to her partner unable to cope with having a dog in the house. She asked me to put the following comment on: 'He is loving, toilet trained, does not cry or scratch, loves children and never did even one tiny naughty thing. An angel. Whoever is lucky enough to pick him will never regret it for a moment'.

We hope he finds a home very soon.

It is with huge regret that Mannie has had to be returned due to unforseen issues at home, His former owner has reported that he is a brilliant dog, totally calm and toilet / house trained. He is a great pet and does not react to household noises. He sleeps thorugh the night and has had no accidents in the house. (Comment added by Paul Williams)

Mannie is a little fuss pot, loves to stick his head through the bars waiting for someone to come along and give him a fuss. Mannie's grandfather Frightful Flash is Ruthie's great grandfather. Maybe that's why when one is getting a fuss the other one is barking for attention. He has lots of energy for a 7 year old whose done 134 races but he is great on the lead. He is such a little sweetie- I hope somebody falls in love with him soon and gives him a forever homexxxxx Al

Mannie's a lovely happy boy who seems to have settled in quickly as he was spark out, feet skywards this afternoon! It looks like he may well be house trained too as his kennel was spotless this morning and this would tie in with his last race being 18 months ago. Good luck gorgeous boy. x

Oh what a sweetie, with his colour I'm sure he wont be there too long, even if he's a little older than the others.
