davy is going to his new home next week as his new owners are away on holiday.

You know i was wondering the same thing. He seems to have been reserved for ages.

Davy really is a beautiful boy who does seem happier to be on his own , although he walks nicely out with the group. A stunning looking boy who is very friendly and affectionate. Cuddles sweetie. Xx

Davy has been brought back into the Trust today. Unfortunately he keeps trying to bite the other greyhound who lives with when he gets excited.

Davy is great with children, adults (loves women) and is good with some breeds of dog but very anxious with others. He is not cat friendly.

Davy can be left during the day and is clean in the house.

He is a very loving affectionate dog and his owners are broken hearted at having to rehome him but this really is the best thing for their other greyhound.

The owners have tried to make this work but the situation is just becoming too stressful now and we feel this is the best thing for Davy.

Just an update on Davy, now called Dave.
We picked him up last Saturday and he has now joined our other two Greys, Ruby and Kira. Our first boy!!!! (Never say never!)
And what a darling he is too! Very laid back, settling in wonderfully, no toilet problems (except once on his Dads bike wheel!!!!) and has met all the local dogs with a wag of his tail.
A big thank-you to Ruth and Zoe for your help and support. The work you do for these fantastic dogs is amazing.

Bless him, he's such a character. He was so desperate for my attention that he shoved poor little Meggie out of the way, so he could get in on the action. He certainly seemed to enjoy having his ears rubbed and he's drop dead gorgeous! Mand x

Went up to buy food for Monty today and fell in love with Davy. He's absolutely gorgeous and LOVES attention. He's a right character, bounced about the kennel and started playing with the blanket. He's wonderful and I soooo wanted to take him home x

Met Dave the Rave Sunday, he's soooo gorgeous I wanted him to be my Mollies boy friend as I think they fancy each other, he's so cute and friendly. I'm sure he will be snapped up soon by some lucky people, just wish it was me.xxxx

Davy is very handsome, but also very friendly and gentle. He's got such a sweet personality - I can see him being homed real soon.
