Well its been 3 weeks today, and it feels like weve always had Lucy we wouldn't be without her now!! She's doing really well, she goes on her bed when asked (majority of the time), were still working on lie down, and she's getting really good at waiting and no longer wants to chase Lawson and thinks he's a 4 legged furry minus the fur lol!! The wonders liver can do except when she ignores us at training that is lol!! She really enjoys her long walks down the railway lines, and were very lucky to have an enclosed tennis courts just up the rd from our home that we can use. Her and Davey stay side by side and love running free together, It's lovely to see. xx

Well it was our first day at training Saturday. We would like to thank everyone for making us so welcome!! Lucy did really well, she was very nervous, being in new surrounding's and with so many people, but still managed to walk lovely on the lead,wait, not respond to the toy dogs etc. She wasn't impressed with the sausage we'd taken for her, but wolfed Jill's liver pieces down!! (She loves sausage when were training her in the house though lol!!) Davey was very well behaved too, and enjoyed all the attention he got for being so handsome!! Weve been for a lovely long walk down the railway lines today, she found different breeds exciting at the start of the walk but by the time we headed back, she didn't respond at all to them and just plodded past!! Davey's laid back, couldn't care less attitude must be rubbing off on her!! Weve followed Heather's advice with her thinking Lawson is a four legged strange creature (when he's crawling) and she's improved staying on her bed already, and Harrison has enjoyed giving her lots of treats, which she has enjoyed just as much!! just a quick up date on our lovely Lucy!! She has settled in so well, and the last couple of days has started to come out of her shell and has started showing a little of her personality. Her and Davey are enjoying each others company much more now, yesterday we had no grumbles off him at all!!:-) (instead they've even been licking each others faces!!) Lucy must of been playing hard to get when he visited her at Daybreaks, and she ran away and hid in her kennel!! :-) She's lovely, i'd say to anyone who has one grey, that its know different having two, just more love and cuddles and its the best thing we have done!! I'll send some pic's in of her soon!! x

Hi J, She's lovely, she really is!! Davey has the odd grumble at her to let her know who's boss now and again, and then lets her snuggle down near him and put her feet on his head!! Strange but they obviously both like it!! They even cris crossed legs asleep last night, so love is blossoming i'm sure, lol!!! There's a walk at Waseley Hills in Feb that were going to if you fancy meeting up??? Its on a Sunday xx

Just to let you know Lucy is doing great!! We all went on a lovely long walk on Saturday to Bodenham Arboretum and she is enjoying the railway walk and park which is right on our door step!! She is still a little unsure of being in a home and of us strangers, who wouldn't after all. (Although this hasn't put her off her food :-)
Weve had no crying at night, and she lets us no when she needs the toilet, and holds herself all night!! A very good girl!! She's a a softy with the boys, we couldn't ask for a more gentle girl!!
Davey is enjoying having a sister now (He was a little unsure at first) and will even let her lie by him when he's snoozing, and actually touch him, all after one day!! Were very pleased with them both!! We love her lots and she's part of the family already!! We'll keep you updated on her progress!!
