Cilla is a very sweet, happy girl. She was neutered on Friday 6th March and already she is wagging her tail and loves the attention we are giving her. I am sure someone will love her little grey face!

Thanks LindaPaul. She is a sweetheart but totally mad as Ruth will confirm! Don't know what Lola is like with other breeds but Silla is totally intolerant of anything thats not a greyhound! We kept thinking she would grow out of it, but she is 10 in August, so no. Good job she is such a good girl otherwise :)

Lovely photo of lovely Silla!
I was thinking she is very like my Lola (Lass at Daybreaks or Highfire Lass was her racing name) and looked at greyhound data and they are half sisters! Lola is also much greyer now than her May 2010 homing picture too! I love the grey faces .... they are so expressive. xx

Silla (as she is now called, from her full racing name) arrived yesterday, and has settled in very well. She had one little cry last night when we all went to bed, then nothing until we got up this morning! She is very calm & quiet in the house, but very excitable when walking! As soon as she sees another dog she starts jumping & spinning. You will be pleased to know we have booked her into the training classes, and hopefully she will soon be as calm out of the house as in it!

Hi Cilla. I can't tell you how much we are looking forward to taking you home on Friday! We have all missed having a dog in the house, and have some happy times planned. Will let everyone at Daybreaks know how you are settling in, and promise to post some new photos ASAP. See you very soon!

Hi LizzyB. I'm afraid to say that Lola must have received Silla's share of the sociable genes from their dad as she is friendly with all breeds. Don't we just love them even more though for their quirks though...... ? xx
