Well update, pea is a very naughty girl, we love her so much, each day presents a new habit, Yesterday she ate a umbrella a basket, 4 toilet rolls, today she has moved on to cat poo!!,! One naughty pup and she's loving every moment of her new life, she will settle as its still very early days only about 12 weeks, we can not imagine life without her now..

Well it's November now had pea sing sept, she it a terror, into everything every moment of the day, wouldn't swap her for the world, what a HUGE personality she has developed, sticks to me like glue and rules the roost. I look at her pictures and can't believe she's mine..xx

we had an home check this morning it went well there is no dogs at perry barr at the moment we need one that can climb stairs as we live in a flat so we just keep looking. we can't wait to find the right dog for us Jacq1ui foster Paul webb.

Had our home visit today, they were thrilled with her progress a different dog from when we first had her, apparently I'm spoiling her and need to let her know who's boss, haha if only that was true, she is the boss and that's that, we love her so much such a joy to see hee in her new exciting world, even if she chews everything she sees, bless her and the Rgt xxxx

Well we have had little pea for 3 weeks, my god has she changed, so confident and happy, she is one big crazy wild lovely beautiful funny puppy, steals everything, chases everything including the cats, opens doors locks herself in,! Completely untrainable at the moment, life's a blast of discovery for her, she iis so happy I could cry for her. But Most of all she like having tickles and hugs when we knap, shes my special friend for life, just have to keep the gates bolted etc... Love her so much, thank you for bringing her into our lives.

Peas now ruling the roost, even trying to play with cats, guarding HER garden she has taken over and calls all the shots, we never stop laughing at her she is so funny, but best of all she likes having a muscle massage in the afternoon. What a joy she is, I have a very Special bond with her

Omg I'm shattered g'day, peas really settled in, she's taken charge of the garden, the bed, the kitchen bin!, stealing everything, as soon as you look away she has somethIng else, she's so funny

Peas toe is much better today, she has been busy stealing our stuff, mugs, pop, tv remotes, ornaments, the list goes on. She's into everything and shes saw herself in the mirror and jumped, she is so cute and funny but now taking command of us and the house xxx

aww Poor little pea hope her nail is better soon! She is a gorgeous girl, congrats on your new girl, what a sweetie! x

Poor little pea broke a nail today while playing and believe me when a grey squeals the whole world hears it, they are such wimps but she soon calmed down and soaked up the kisses snacks and tickles for hours and hours and really milked it, bless her xx

Little pea had her first great Monday at home, she favours her new dad and lay by his computer chair for hours after he had gone to work, eventually I bought her down to play and have fun. She Investigates everything and managed to steel a tub of goldfish food!! Caught her just in time though, she's really at home now and is blossoming more each day xx

First night was great , and today we took pea on a bus, into town sat had coffee and this afternoon went to the fun fare and the woods in the park, then for a meal, she loved every moment, and now she's tuckered out and snoring away, bless her and all greyhounds everywhere,they are so misunderstood and surrounded by myths.

Enjoy your new girl, saw her at the kennels when i popped in this week she is really adorable, taking her out on walks you will meet lots of lovely people who always stop and ask about a greyhound, good luck.xx ann and ellie may.x

Discovered pea likes to watch the telly and squeaky toys. she's also been to our local park, and met 10 new friends and neighbours already and loved it.

Definitely a dog made in heaven just for us, she had her first pee and poop (outside of course cos she is a lady) god bless her she held out for 11 hours, now sleeping by my bed, managed the stairs and slippy kitchen floor all on her own, then she stole my teddy! She's a real star.. Ps my thoughts are with blaze today xx

Little pea has been with us for 7hours now and she has had more cuddles than you could ever imagine.

We are over noted we have now installed little pea in her new home and we love her, within 2 minuets she found the food bucket, the bin and the treats draw and was running around the garden with her new toys, what a joy, she has met 3 cats and is fearful of them so all should be well, she's had her feed and in now doing what greys do best and laying down. Thanks to all staff for ylou help. We will keep you posted.

Good luck! Had our 'Honcho' girl nearly a year now. It took her about a month to settle with the cats. She is brilliant :o))

We are waiting for a cat test with little pea to know if we can have her, it's like we are waiting on a baby to arrive, we are both so anxious, hope you do well little pea, we love you already, it's all in your paws now xxxx

Were so excited waiting for a phone call letting us know if the beautiful little pea likes cats and if she will be ours, we can't sleep, .. Every pooch at the kennels was beautiful, there really is something special about the greyhound, they are truly like no other dog breed. Xx

Today we met the staff and a host of fantastic greys, we fell in love with little pea, what a sweetie, she took our hearts, but so did all the others, they sure know how to win you over, thanks to all for your help, we await the results of the cat test now, see you soon.

We looked after Little Pea last night & she was so good. After being a little bit worried at first she settled down really well. She was so interested in everything around her,she's a lovely little girl. She got on well with my two. Loved her scrambled egg & toast,I don't think it touched the sides she ate it so quick. Ahh this little girl is gorgeous. I picked her up from the vets in Tamworth where she had been dropped this morning by her trainer to be neutered. Ray one of our volunteers is kindly looking after her tonight.
