To Ladybird,

I was the previous owner of Tina and after having such an awful tragedy happen to us all, including our lovely tiger, it means an awful lot for her to be rehomed with such an eager and happy family as yourself.

I'm very appreciative towards the attitude exerted by the kennels, and Ruth in particular, as she clearly did her best to find a great new home for Tina, and has evidently succeeded.

I hope you love her as much as we did, and even though we didn't have her for very long, me and my Mum adored her company, long walks and playful outlook on life, despite experiencing all her hardships that come with being a racing dog.

It does mean a lot that many people were interested in her as it goes to show they see what we saw in her, and I'll never forget how excited my Mum was to get her home and take her for a walk.

We're used to smaller dogs but always liked greyhounds, but don't think that just because she is a big dog that she won't act like a small one! She loves her cuddles and will sometimes even try to sit on your lap. You'll find out all sorts of wonderful and loving things about Tina, and I know judging by the photograph that you will be a great home for her and she'll be loved even though my Mum wasn't able to for longer than she did.

Thank you ever so much for providing her with a new home, and a fresh start. I'll miss her so much as she represents more than just a dog to me, as she was a huge part of my Mums life, but this is what's best for her and it at least gives us some sort of closure.

I know she's in a great, loving home, and she'll be looked after and cared for as much as she deserves.

Thanks again,

Chris Blyth

We are so pleased to have her, she's a lovely girl and is settling in to her new home without too many problems so far!!. We've renamed her Tinker which is short for Tinker Belle. We'll keep you all posted. Many Thanks to Ruth and Robert for your help yesterday.

I am so happy that Tina has found a new forever home so quickly. Just a shame you beat me to her!
