It was with great sadness that I had the news that beautiful Fudge lost his battle with bone cancer. My heart is broken as Mr Fudge was one of the special boys I had the pleasure to help from another centre. You will always have a place in my heart. Run free fella xxxxxxxxxxx

Hello, thanks for asking how I am and sorry it’s taken me so long to reply but you see I lead a very busy life and don’t get much time to surf the net. I have settled in well and have 2 greyhound friends, I tried to boss them around quite a lot when I first arrived here but they won’t have any of it and I’m not even convinced I’m top dog! I have a lovely large garden to run around in and play, I get regular walks where I get the opportunity to shout and swear at every other dog we meet, I have to shout at the little dog next door every time I hear him and also the 2 large dogs at the bottom of our garden they shout back which is great fun! Along with all that I have to keep an eye on what’s going on outside through the front window, shout at the hoover and printer, check out what’s on the kitchen worktops and still have to sleep, eat and get cuddled. So all in all a busy but very rewarding life. Love Fudge XXX

I am Shanesmum`s husband and I think you deserve a new start in life. I would have offered to foster you while the kennels were being refurbished but we have commitments over the next week which we cannot drop.I hope you will not be too unsettled by moving to alternative kennels during the refurbishment. I look forward to seeing you on the wednesday 20th.

My cuddle for you today Fudge - such a quiet, well behaved boy who jumped up on his bed when asked, and loves a real cuddle. The right home must be out there somewhere my boy, be patient. x

Fudge is a beauty and he deserves a chance. It can be hard work rehoming a dog,it doesn't happen overnight, it takes time, patience and effort - but it is worth it in the end for the amazing companion you will gain. Good luck my boy.x

Aww, it's always sooooo sad when a dog is returned. It must be very saddening for the family to make that decision but, hey, it's the best decision for the dog if they are stressed / unhappy etc. And let's face it - that picture of Fudge, wow what a gorgeous dog ! He'll be in a more suitable home very soon, i'm sure ! X

We brought Fudge home yesterday to meet his new girlfriend Mia. He is settling in really well and the two dogs are getting on so far! He is full of fun, needs loads of cuddles and is finding his feet. Gave us a full night sleep too!
