I am so pleased to see Jed's sister Gem going to a new home it must give her previous owners some comfort. If Gem is like Jed you will have a very chilled greyhound on your hands who will take everything in her stride and not be phased by anything.

I took Gem to the Steam Fayre and she was so relaxed with everthing going on and spent most of her time asleep! She met all different breeds and was fantastic. She is gentle on the lead. She came home with me last night and ate her dinner and settled well with all the Boswell Babies :-)

Gem is back at Daybreaks..... She is used to living with another grey, toilet trained, ok with fireworks, and good with cats in the garden. I am desperate for this beautiful girl to find a new home soon......

Have to send my cuddle to Gem how could I not when she looks so like her brother Jed, so very sorry for her owners such a terrible decision to have to make but rest assured good homes will be found for both your girls.

Its so sad that Gem and Mary's (Maggi) owners are having to part with them... they are obviously very much loved, and l cant imagine what it must be like to have to make that decision. They will be very well cared for at Daybreaks until they are rehomed ....and hopefully that may be together. love to them both, and their family XXXX.

Gem is an absolute darling, it breaks my heart to let her go, but we have no choice. She is such a loving affectionate girl with a really cheeky character and will be a fantastic addition to any family, please find a home for our beautiful girl, she deserves to be loved and happy, she has given us so much joy in the 2 years we have had her xx

It is great sadness that Gem is coming back into the kennels on Friday. She is coming in with Mary too. This is a very sad situation and my thoughts and prayers are with their owners who do not wish to return them but due to circumstances they need to be.
