Hello everyone and thank you for your kind wishes.
Pluto is enjoying a bit of TV on the sofa. He ate all his dinner (and a bit of Dave and Crackers too). He's had a walk and a pigs ear too. I think he likes it here. Dave and Cracker are a bit subdued but are getting extra cuddles.

Oh Pluto this comment has really made my day !! I am an emotional type and so when I read this I sat at my comuptor with tears ( of joy ) for you !! I just could not understand why you and Henry had to wait sooo long for a home of your own, you are so affectionate and just lay in your run with the others watching all the comings & goings at the kennels !! i am so sorry for the very sad loss of liam it is always heartbreaking to lose a grey but i have to say i am over the moon for pluto and i am going to get as many kisses in before you take him home with you- well done parr family xx

Hi rumblesmom - this comment is for real as I read a heartbreaking email from the Parr Family that they had their beloved Liam put to sleep very suddenly. Liam was definitely the Brad Pitt of the greyhound world - a very handsome boy who was fabulous in nature. Big hugs go to them all... xxxx

i was hovering in the kitchen area this afternoon giving henry and arthur some hugs and kisses when pluto pushed straight in as if to say don,t forget you love me best and of course he was so right but the others are a close second- hopefully this is your lucky weekend lovely boy xxx

I took this gorgeous boy for a walk today. He loves being out and is a strong boy, but very well behaved. Back in the kennel I think he would be happy to lie and be cuddled all day!! He is happy with his kennel mates and is just adorable - keeping fingers crossed his new home is just around the corner. xx

Love the picture of the three of them.Pluto is just amazing he seems to get along happily with every dog he meets and just loves the company.He is a very sociable lad who will make a great addition to someones family.

Forgot to say when we driving back I had to put the rear windscreen wiper on it was so funny seeing the perplexed look on Pluto's face as he moved his head back and forth in time with it! One of pleasures of re-homing an ex racer is seeing there reactions to everyday things which they have never encountered.

Wow well done Pluto, sounds like you had an interesting time at training classes new years walk, you are such a good boy someone is bound to spot you soon! x

Myself and Jess took Pluto to the Saturday training classes New Years walk.We had a very long walk over 2 hours through muddy fields and flooded roads.Pluto took everything in his stride.He loved the walk and showed no reaction to everything we saw,sheep,cows,chickens,staffie cross etc etc.He is interested in everything that is going on around him.He is such an easy going youngster who seems to get along with everyone and every grey he met today.He seems to love the company of other greys,loves to be in front and laps up attention.He will be a great addition to someones home and after todays walk he jumped into the car stretched out and fell asleep. I think we managed to tire him out and left his head spinning with all the strange new sights,sounds and smells he encounter.He is just one bundle of joy.

I had the pleasure of walking Pluto on an organised walk,he was great he met a Staffie cross,lots of different looking lurchers,some sheep!(yes sheep!) he saw some cows,more sheep, a jack Russell,some Labradors and ignored all of them! Even the sheep that were running around the field that we were walking in! Xx someone please give him a home x

i just love love love pluto he is a total star- be lucky this weekend xxx

I dont like cats anyway , they make me sneeze , I grew up with cats and was always ill , there are plenty of cat free households in the uk , I hope you get one of those for christmas , theres just something about this dog I like and I racking my brains as to how I might have him but sadly at the moment I can't think of a way

Pluto sweetheart as I've said before, in some households being anti-cat is a distinct advantage, if only I could persuade him to 4....

I really am going to have to stop myself looking at this website , luckily for me , my Head rules my heart ( most of the time) , but I fear seeing dogs like pluto ,if it didn't ,I would have a house full of Happy greyhounds and one very unhappy Skye Terrier...good luck Pluto !!

this lovely young man needs to have a home for christmas- he was very interested in licking my hand the other day because i,d been eating cake- he doesn,t miss a trick he is a loveable rogue xx

Pluto is such a loving and affectionate dog, I really feel for him as he doesn't like being closed away and is definately much happier in the kitchen run where he can see everything that is going on and I think takes a bit of comfort from the comings and goings and people generally being about. He was a bit keen out on his walk at first and tried to pull a bit, but once he was in front of the others and away from them he settled and stopped pulling and trotted along nicely.He's a real beauty who deserves a chance out in the world. x

Walked lovely Pluto today, he soooo enjoyed his cuddles before hand! x

I shouldn't have favourites but this fella is definitely mine at the moment. Very unhappy in his kennel but if he is in the run by the kitchen, he is very contented. He is very loving and lays his head on your lap and enjoys every ounce of love and attention. Love you loads Pluto.... going to miss you.... see you on Tuesday when I am back xxxx
