Thank you to the Smith family for giving Lily a loving home. Home just isn't the same without her lovely face following me around but she had a tough lonely few months whilst I've been in and out if hospital and that's just not fair on her. Take good care of her and Lily be good for your new mommy. I'll never forget you xxx

We finally got to bring Lily home today. She seems to be settling quite well, she's currently snoozing after a nice walk up and around the local park. We're hoping she'll be as happy here as her previous home and would love to keep in touch with Lilysmum so we'll make sure Ruth passes on our details. Thanks for finding us our perfect match, love The Smiths xxx

We visited Lily again yesterdy and had a wonderful time walking her with Ruth. Such a good girl on her lead, she didn't pull once. She appeared to be happy to see us and we even got a few kisses which took us by surprise. Counting down the days until we see her again, but here's your daily cuddle from The Smiths Lily - see you soon :-) xxx

What a sad situation. I'm sorry to hear Lily's owner has been so ill but pleased to hear she is on the mend. Wishing her a full and speedy recovery. I met Lily and her owner at training and they had a lovely bond this must have been such a difficult decision to make. Lily is beautiful and has a great personality I hope she finds a home very soon. I have received this information from Lily's current owner. We are desperate to help her find a home ASAP.

6 months ago I decided to give Lily her forever home. She was very scared when she came to me and suffered terribly with separation anxiety. Together we worked through it and within only 2 weeks she was settled, happy and content. she was a loving addition to our house. My son loves her and she loves him and we were all very happy. Then suddenly and unexpectedly, 3 months after getting Lily,I became very ill and almost died of meningitis. Luckily my parents and friends have rallied around to help look after my son and pop in regularly to feed Lily and walk her to do her business whilst ive been in hospital but unfortunately no one could stay with her so she has been on her own an awful lot. She is a very loving dog and likes company and companionship. I am on a long road to recovery with lasting side effects that makes daily life difficult at times, i will need alot of help and because of this I think it's only fair on Lily to rehome her as I can't give her the attention and time she needs. Lily has been no problem what so ever. All I would say is if you are out the house all day at work and you dont go home at lunch then Lily isn't the dog for you. She loves company, lying on the sofa or bed with you (she has been spoilt here) She is fine in the house when I leave her and always greets me with a jump to lick me with a wagging tail. She gets a little excited when you return but calms down quickly once she's had some fuss. I will provide everything that is hers from coats to bowls etc and I would love to stay in touch with her and maybe help out where I can such as having her whilst her new owners are on holiday maybe (should they want me too and should I be well enough). Lily is house trained but not suitable for a home with cats. She has been in a couple of homes before and has had to rehomed due to no fault of her own, unfortunately yet again through no fault of her own history has repeated itself so please only consider taking Lily if you know its forever. Lily will stay with me whilst we look for a new home for her so she isn't being moved from pillar to post and people are welcome to visit her to see her in a home environment. This has been a very hard and emotional decision to make but know that by keeping her I would be being selfish and Lily would suffer.

Just thought I'd update you on lily. She is simply perfect in everyway!! She loves lots if cuddles and attention, loves her walks and she loves my little boy as much as he loves her. We couldn't imagine our life without her in it. She has learned commands very quickly and does exactly as i ask. Ruth was worried she would chew things but so far she hasn't, she loves her toys and is so playful. I took her to a training session after only having her 11 days and people there couldn't believe she'd only been with me 11 days as we have such a good bond. They thought she'd been with us years. Thanks you for letting lily have her forever home with us. She is our spoilt baby with more lily peeps coats than she can wear in a week. Thank you to Ruth and heather for all the info and training tips. Lily loves to chill on my bed when im at work and when im home she is never from my side nudging my hand for attention. She is total perfection and we love her unconditionally. I hope all the other greys get the loving home they deserve. Xxxx

Lily is such a little puppy! She loves to play and is such a loving little girl. House trained and walks beautifully on the lead, no reaction to things around her such as traffic and other dogs, although she has been interested in the cats I think it's a curiosity issue and not aggression, she has been "up close and personal" with the cats and just sniffed them. I'm sure there is a loving forever home waiting for her and I hope it comes soon as she deserves to be repaid all the love she gives.

Lily has been staying at the Williams house since Wednesday to see if she likes pussy cats! Her personality has definetly shown itself, she is a loving cuddly girl with a really playful side, very food orientated, so easy to train. She loves the company of other dogs and people! Getting on very well with our non grey. She will be a real asset to any home.
