Hi lucyj I have been following Lindy's ( Lilly's ) progress through the daybreaks posts, I have to say this news has made my day !!! I am so happy for Lilly and you, you are doing a truly wonderful thing !! Congratulations to you both !

I just can't foster Miss Lilly any more....I have to keep her forever. I think it is the thought that she was found as a stray and to think that no-one was looking for her because no-one cared enough that she was gone. She is the most affectionate and gentle creature and I cannot bear the thought of handing over her care to someone else. She will have the most lovely life here with us. She is loved and will have everything she needs.

Oh dear...Lilly (Lindy) is in love.... Oscar the black Lab comes to stay on Mondays...love at first sight! Very sweet running round the garden together. He just adores her... Also Lilly passed the chicken test. I let her out with the chickens and she showed no aggression at all. We all really love her. She's so quiet you could forget she is there. If anyone wants to meet her they are welcome to come and walk her at our house or we can bring her up to kennels. She's got everything going for her. A sweet and loving little dog.

Hi all, Lindy came to us for foster care this morning. Just to let you know she settled in straight away, had a sniff at our other 2 greys and met our friend's labrador (who she ignored). She showed a faint interest in the chickens and our ferrell cat but made no move to chase either. We've been calling her Lillie because she is beautiful and elegant like the flower and it's a sweet little name for a sweet little dog. She's a tiny little dot. She is so sweet natured and easy going. She is no trouble at all and just fits in and gets on with it. If you are looking for a gentle quiet dog who does not pull on the lead and is house trained and good with people, children and other breeds then here she is.

I can vouch for everything JJBlue says..... Lindy is booked in for the second part of her dental next Friday (1st February).... this time the major one :-( We really hope someone reading this will see past her age... she is such a sweetheart who is just so loveable.... all she wants is her own home and she will reward you with copious amounts of affection..... This lovely little girl spent the day at the kennels with us yesterday. She is beautiful and just loves to be fussed and have company - she spent the day with the lovely Davey and they got on so well together. Cuddles for you my pretty. xx
