A big cuddle for Fred tonight, it's his 5th Birthday! Fred is a delightful young man, he is a friendly, happy lad. I don't know why he is still waiting for his forever home. Xxx

Charlie sadly has just one toe on one of her hind legs. However although she does hop when walking I wonder if this may have just becomes a habit as on her visit to Elmdon Park today she was leaping around on the lead at the sight of other dogs running free off the lead.
She's an affectionate girl who does seem to have a lot of fun in her which is waiting to be shared with whoever can give her the loving home she deserves

Jenny only arrived at Daybreaks on Sunday but she was able to enjoy her early walk at Elmdon Park before the temperature got too high.
She travelled quietly in the car and walked sensibly on the lead.
With other dogs she met she reacted in a calm way.
Another lovely black girl who hopefully won't have to wait too long for that loving home all our boys and girls deserve

I've been keeping an eye on Tiny, she sounds such a character. We aren't ready to take on a hound until late September due to commitments. Part of me hopes she finds her forever home before then so she's not in kennels any longer than needs be, but the other half wants her to still be there when we can offer the time to get her used to a home etc. If she is we'll come to meet her.

A cuddle for Jenny, she enjoyed her walks yesterday. She seems to be sweet little girl. :)) Xxx

We had a busy day today, Laura had lots of clients for pampers and nail clipping. Great to see so many lovely Greyhounds and their families. Xxx

What a great update on for Fred! Thanks so much to Norman for taking him for a trip to the park today. :))
Fred is such a good boy at the kennels too…a pleasure to look after.
He is also a very handsome boy with lots of white flecks in his coat. :) Hope he will soon find his special forever home. Xxx

After taking Fred to Elmdon Park today I think he should be renamed "Fab Boy Fred" !!!!!
He was an absolute delight to take out.
He travelled well in the car even jumping in on his own on the return journey.
He met other breeds of all sizes without any problems
He was also fine meeting children.
Fred walks sensibly on the lead and has a Happy friendly nature.
A lovely lad just waiting for his loving home.

Our very handsome lad, Bob was reserved today! So happy for him. Xxx
