The Daybreaks Trust 50:50 Club is a simple and exciting way to support former racing Greyhounds while giving yourself the opportunity to win cash prizes every month.
By becoming a member, you’ll be helping Daybreaks Trust continue its vital work caring for and rehoming retired racing Greyhounds, while also being entered into a monthly prize draw.
What is the 50:50 Club?
The 50:50 Club is Daybreaks Trust’s monthly lottery. The money raised each month is split equally:
- 50% is paid out as prize money to members
- 50% goes directly to Daybreaks Trust
The more people who join the 50:50 Club, the bigger the prize fund becomes and the more funds Daybreaks Trust receives to support former racing Greyhounds.
It’s a win-win for everyone involved!
How Does it Work?
Each month, four prizes are awarded from the prize fund:
- 1st Prize: 20% of the total monthly fund
- 2nd Prize: 15% of the total monthly fund
- 3rd Prize: 10% of the total monthly fund
- 4th Prize: 5% of the total monthly fund
The remaining 50% of the funds raised goes directly to Daybreaks Trust to help cover the costs of caring for and rehoming former racing Greyhounds.
The Draw
The draw takes place on or before the last Thursday of each month using a random number generator.
If You Win
- Winners will be notified by email or telephone.
- Winning numbers will be published on the Daybreaks Trust website each month.
- With the winner’s permission, we may also celebrate their success on our social media channels.
Joining is Easy
Signing up takes just a few minutes.
- Complete our online registration form.
- Set up your monthly payment using the GoCardless link at the bottom of the online form, to submit your bank details so we can collect monies every month.
- Important: Once you have completed the GoCardless payment setup, please return to the online form and click “SUBMIT”.
If you do not click “SUBMIT” after entering your bank details, we will not receive your contact information and your membership cannot be processed.
Monthly payments are collected automatically via GoCardless or bank standing order, making membership simple and hassle-free.

The 50:50 Club is a lottery scheme promoted under the Gambling Act 2005, the only beneficiaries of which are club members and Daybreaks Trust.
