Poor Lyra. We know how horrid corns can be so Lena sends sniffs as she is a fellow sufferer. You have been very brave having treatment so we all send our love! Hope mum & dad are sharing out the TLC between you and Skip too. Linda. Paul, Lena & Peggy xxxx

More love and big hugs for our little, little. Lyra. She was also at the vets with Skip today having some treatment on her very uncomfortable corns. She has both front feet in bandages. 🙁 Xxx

Lots of love and big hugs for my little Skippy. He had a small cyst and the dew claw it was attached to removed today. He is feeling very sorry for himself tonight. Hopefully he will feel better tomorrow. 🙁 Xxx

So yeah, my family went off to London for the day to celebrate end of exams and Father’s Day. While they were gone I spent the day with Florence. It was fun but I was a bit scared to walk without my dad. Thanks for the great day Florence and of course thank you for sharing your bed with me. I had fun too. I was happy to see my family again when they got home. Talk to you all soon. Barney Xx

So excited, Barney has been here all day! We went for a lovely long walk this morning - well Barney took a little bit of persuading to keep going - and having had some Sunday lunch I let Barney use my bed in the frontroom while I slept on my chair. We've had a lovely day. Lubs Florence xxx

Horsey I am so happy that you had a lovely time in the park with Elizabeth today. You are such a character, and it would appear that when out on a walk, you are only reluctant to return to Daybreaks (as lovely as it is) and that you much prefer being out in the big wide world - and who can blame you? I think I must make you my next phone screensaver my sweetheart so we can get you a very special home of your own. xx

So awesome to see little Winny off to a new home today 🙂 We have had a great day with 2 new arrivals, lots of people using the sand run and visiting and more donations of bottles for our open day and...... the kennel blocks have new drain covers!!!!! Ha ha - most of you who know me know I really am very excited over things like this!!!! The metal ones were getting tired and we have black plastic covers which look really quite smart!!!! 😉

Horse
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Horse spent an hour in Elmdon Park with me this afternoon. Now, I know anyone who knows Horse won't believe me on this, but the ONLY time he stopped was when a lady spoke to me to ask a question about him. We covered a lot of ground as well as today he only seemed to be operating in quick mode. He seemed to thoroughly enjoy being out and about as well as the new sights and sounds in the park. He is known for stopping walking and being reluctant to start again on his walks from the kennel, but today he was perfect. Who can blame him though really? I think I walk in the park is much more preferably than a walk along the A45!! Xx
