The wet, grey and miserable morning was definitely cheered up by meeting our fabulous new arrivals! Duke is a handsome, big white & black boy and George is a stunning, blue boy who likes to give kisses. Can see why the beautiful little miss Daisy has found herself a home already - she's a cutie. Gold Star Clean Kennel awards in abundance this morning - well done doggies! This terrible weather is making keeping on top of the washing & drying difficult so it's always good news when the washing pile is small or non-existent! Dental Health Month is in full swing, we're on hand with information leaflets and advice and there are some good deals on dental products in the shop. It's easy to overlook our hounds teeth, but dental problems can have a real impact on their overall health and wellbeing. As Valentines Day approaches, Laura is offering special Valentines pampers with a free goody bag - she still has a few places left on Tuesday 10th Feb and the afternoon of Sunday 15th Feb so why not give her a call on 07960 344252 to book your slot. Have a lovely weekend one and all, that's if you can keep dry! Angie x

I took Chalky to Elmdon Park yesterday He travelled quietly in the car and met several other breeds large and small without any negative reaction. He's a friendly enthusiastic lad who hopefully will find that loving home he deserves asap

Monty (Chase)

Hi guys Monty here. I finally feel well enough to give you an update. It’s been a tough couple of weeks to be honest. A lot of downs and trips to the vet but I’m now back to myself. My appetite is certainly back as I tried to steal dad’s kfc and during a consultation at the vets my sister was having her lunch and joined us and I was focused on her sandwich the whole time! I went for a very short walk for the first time in ages on Wednesday I did so well and I was so happy to be back out. I was zonked out after though. Auntie Klaire and Florence have spoiled me with treats and toys I’m very lucky and lubs them both very much. I’m going away for the weekend to support my sister with her final practical exam so that will be interesting. Thank you so much for your messages and support during this time. Monty and hooman slaves x

Dazzle (Azza)

Dazzle had a day out with Debbie today. She took him to visit her home, where he soon discovered the sofa and enjoyed a lovely day away from the kennels. She said he was absolutely no trouble at all. He really didn’t want to go back to his kennel tonight. There must be a home with a sofa just right for Dazzle, he has been waiting so long. Xxx (Kate)

Do you offer gradual homing process, only that we have a greyhound called shadow (race name skirk shadow - droppys Ireland) and we have had him since August 24. We would like to see if they get on first too is this something you offer with a meet and greet? He does seem to miss other greys and we meet with some on walks in our village and he just loves it
