Hello to all my friends at Daybreaks. I’ve been with my mom and dad for over a month now and I love it. I go on at least two walks a day with my big sister, Dutchess, and we get loads of cuddles. I’m still very very nervous but my mom said that is ok as it makes me unique and special. I know that as long as I stick with my mom, dad and Dutchess, no harm can come to me. I’ve made so many improvements over the past few weeks. I get excited when mom or dad come in the room, I know the sound of the car on the drive (Dutchess has taught me that this is when we have to get off the sofa and pretend we’ve been on our beds all the time), I look out the window with Dutchess and bark when the post man comes down the path, we play chase in the garden, I don’t pull on the lead when we go for a walk (unless there’s a stranger or another dog near us). Dutchess has taught me how to melt my mom’s heart. Dutchess even lets me cuddle up to her when we have a nap. Umm yep, think I’m going to love it here. I’m so happy. Take care everyone and I’m sure you will find a family as good as mine very soon x x x

Jack has adjusted beautifully here. He's made friends with my cats with absolutely no problem from either party. In fact he loves when he gets a nose bump off the youngest one. He's had a lovely 2 hour stroll along the coast path today and made lots of new friends. I really can't believe how easily he has settled in. It's like he's been here forever and I wonder if the spirit of my beloved Pip, his predecessor, has had a little chat with him. Thank you to everyone at Perry Barr RGT. My life is complete again now. Finally, a special thanks to Pete Mills, who along with Ruth, for pairing us up.

This girl has lived in a house, is toilet trained and was really chilled at the kennels yesterday, felt so guilty leaving her, but on my leaving she was fast asleep. X. Please someone give her a home. She is ready to go. Xx

My Lucy has been gone a month now and the house is so quiet without her. She really was lively right until the end bless her. Even at the age of 11 she never ever calmed down. She is now running free with her angel brother charlie ??
