Glen has today joined 51 other dogs at Kingsbury Water Park on the Valentines Day Love Your Hounds Walk. Many thanks to Tina for organising the walk. Glen has once again proved as he did at the Stratford Walk what a fabulous friendly happy dog he is who gets on wonderfully well with everyone he meets both human and canine. He reallyy is going to make a wondeful addition to any family home. Hopefully there is someone thinking of giving a greyhound a home in the near future who will think Glen is the boy for them.

Obsessivly bonkers to be honest Deb , there are courses that I should go on for work and I refuse to go because it would mean stopping out overnight and mean either Kennelling or leaving them in my neighbours care in my house for 1 night and I won't leave them even for a night .Im actually at a stage where I really don't care about anything else other than my Girls being happy .... Why ? because that makes me happy

Since I posted on Caries page earlier , I can't stop myself doing a post on Mummy's page , Carla is just exceptional she just loves everything and everyone ,( Carrie is a bit more selective about who she wags her tail at ) yet another house on the lane where I live is having some building work done and one of the builders has a black labrador girl and Mummy has fallen in love with her ,she even looks for her when there aren't any builders there , which is kind of cute but also kind of upsetting , but I think she has taken Carrie on as her puppy and to see them both cuddle together is just the eighth wonder of the world.

Wow , I haven't been on here for ages and just got Carries Birthday wishes , thank you so much thats really put a smile on my face this morning , We've been together now for nearly 4 years and she's so like me (or I'm like her ,I'm never sure these days) Strangely enough at about 4am this morning when she started grumbling because she had wriggled out from under the quilt I always cover them both with at night ( thats before I tell them how much I love them and Kiss them goodnight , but I'm sure I'm not unique in doing this) , I got up and rather than move the quilt which she was now lying on top of , I took my dressing gown off and put that over her instead , then got back into bed glanced across the landing at the picture of Eve and (in my head) said , You did well there Eve in choosing me another dog. I've said before , I really couldn't imagine her being with anyone else , I was even at work yesterday pondering wether to buy a children's book called "Cheeky Monkey " ( thats what I call her Most of the time now because she is !!) to read to her ( it had a little speaker and sound effects and everything ..) now thats the stage I was at with Eve since I have all my ladybird books from when I was a kid , I used to read her stories some nights.... Mad ? , Yeah we both are and I don't think either of us would want it any other way... Thanks again for the Birthday wishes , thats just so nice... Mummy (aka Carla) is well too ,she is quite confident now ,not bothered by loud noises, eats her food 1.24567 seconds faster than Carrie (thats just an estimate , it may be 1.24566) and I can't remember the last time now Ive come home to a carpet ripped up , an electric cable chewed or my bed wrecked to be honest , I guess they were just "teething" problems and since you all know Greyhounds can read , you all also know that tomorrow when I come home from work , My bed and electric cables will be chewed and my carpets will be ripped up. I could go on forever , but I won't .... Jeff , Carrie and Carla x
