This lovely girl has been home for three days now,as well as being gorgeous she has got a lovely gentle and playful nature .Had lots of walks and seen lots of dogs and although she,s very inquisitive she doesn,t react to them,learnt how to go up and downstairs always tells me if she needs to go outside for a pee and Jack my big black lad thinks he,s died and gone to heaven

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Well last night I slept in my bed. Max whined a couple of times but I ignored him and he soon settled down. The others who are usually in the bedroom had the run of the house. I got up at 4.50 and they all went out. Settled until 7.30. Breakfast of cereal again and tonight it was dried food with chicken and pasta. Not any left. He is such a good boy so far. Still no stairs or sofa. Not used to this. He is gorgeous and gives lovely kisses. Xxxxxx

I love the way Tinsel bounces up and down when she sees her food bowl approaching!! She is such a lovely girl, and with her 8th birthday just around the corner, she would love another comfy sofa to call her own. You get my cuddle today sweetheart. xxx

Madam Belle was at it again this morning! Deciding sitting on the concrete floor waiting for her kennel to be ready was just not the done thing - she pulled a blanket down off the side of the run and promptly lay down on it!! She is such a cheeky, lively cuddle monster I really hope that her forever sofa is just around the corner. Big kisses for you gorgeous. xx

had a bad night with luke with the fireworks absolutely terrified him curling up in the corner and literally shaking even after giving him rescue remedy but after covering him in his blanket and some tlc we got settled needless to say I ended up on the settee all night. This morning back to normal food his priority.

Happy 2016 to everyone, Christmas was great fun here, Dolly and I had lots of new toys and treats and I have had great fun 'killing' some of them long wiggly snake things. I was very brave when the neighbours sent some fireworks into the sky and I wore my thundershirt and hid under a blanket and went to sleep. Hope everyone else was ok with all the bangs and whizzes. lots of love to all of Daybreaks hounds wherever you are and to the lovely people who look after them. Tess. xxx
