Over the Rainbow Bridge
The lovely Eoin accompanied me to the Mell Square roadshow yesterday afternoon and despite the weather, he had a lovely time. He jumped into the car with no hesitation whatsoever and off we went. He wanted to look at everything out of the window, so only sat down for about 2 minutes! The stairs in the car park were no problem (either up or down the stairs). He desperately wanted to arrive in double-quick time, as there was lots to see, but settled down into a very gentle and calm young man when meeting people and had plenty of young children wanting to give him some fuss, which he took with no problems whatsoever. He towered above one little girl, who wanted to fuss all of our Greys, but he was so gentle when stood next to her. I think he was a little put out when it was time to come back, but we soon got into a trot back to the car. He was fab when I opened the boot of the car back at Daybreaks and just stood there waiting for me to give the word to jump out. Eoin is such a lovely boy and has the softest looking eyes,a real heart-melter. I think he really does need a sofa to call his own, just wish I could persuade the other half that it's ours!! Mand x

Monty (Khani)
I’m Homed
It’s been one year since our beautiful stripey dog Monty (Khani) bounded into our lives and bowled us over with his love and antics – from delicately extracting from my shopping bag and eating an entire pack of 14 dental sticks… to being the best possible companion to my husband who’s not very well (mostly asleep together during the day LOL). I adore this boy! He was the joint winner of my "clean kennel" award yesterday, in fact I had to double check he had really spent the night there as all I really needed to do was straighten the blanket! He is so loving, and such a gentleman - really hope his chance comes along again soon. Big cuddles for you gorgeous. xxxx

I actually managed to get out from behind the desk yesterday and go out on a walk!! Had the pleasure of walking this beautiful little girl, and what a little gem she is. She walks so beautifully, trotting along beside you and always making sure she is close enough for a little lean and a fuss every time we stopped! I have my fingers crossed that her very own sofa isn't too far away. xxx
