Not long to go now matey, although when I visited you today I see you have gained another little girlfriend! You are now looking after the timid Finn as well as Mini, and doing a good job by the looks of it as she is certainly starting to come out of her shell a little bit. Well done my big boy, cuddles for you handsome. xxx

We popped in to the kennels this morning and I noticed that this beautiful little girl is happily sharing the big kitchen kennel with Nosey & Mini. Still very wary of your initial approach, we went into the kennel, completely ignored her and greeted the lovely Nosey and Mini who came rushing up for fuss and cuddles. After a few seconds, she too came forward and I was delighted to see her giving Michael a little nudge as if to say "me too please!". Being with some company to show her the way is having a great effect on this lovely little girl and it was so good to see the change in her already. There is still a way to go but she is gaining confidence slowly and that's good news. You get my cuddle today sweetheart. xxx

Little Miss Dreamer visited the kennels yesterday with her owners. She is struggling with being left so we have given plenty of advice about dealing with separation anxiety, lent a crate with a mountain of comfy pillows, given herbal calming tablets and we will see how she goes. She is very lucky to have wonderful and understanding owners and we will keep you posted on her progress.

This boy was on our waiting list but we found him a home direct from his trainer. We carried out the homing procedure and this boy has already started his adventures! He went off to the Isle of Mann by ferry Thursday evening with his new owners and has arrived safely and has settled well. Photos will follow....

I have just read the news with absolute shock and sadness. I took the beautiful |Pepsi for a walk on Wednesday while she was at the kennels with Jill. We were all saying what a lovely dog she was. Jill and Paul, no words will help ease the pain right now, but Dave and I are thinking of both of you. Run free little girl, God bless you. xx
