Mini has been staying with us since Sunday. She is such a happy little girl,she gets on Greyt with our 2 Greys and has shown nothing but love and affection to us and our 10 year old son. She is very lively and playful,we think she would benefit from having another Grey and someone who can give her lots of attention. She is clean in the house and knows her name,Mini does get excited when she sees other Dogs but in a playful way. She is a treasure and will be a very loyal and affectionate companion. Please come and see her and you won't be disappointed. Xxxxx

I met this young lady yesterday and fell in love with her , she melted my heart and will make someone very happy i'm sure. With time and love she will blossom, so much reminded me of how holly was when we first had her, reserved and shy but she as that look in her eye x x x Bless her ( Miranda Hart rings a bell) lol x

Well it was an interesting walk this morning Jed gets his foot caught in his lead as we go through a self closing gate. The gate hits me in the rear whilst I am freeing Jed and Lottie who is through the gate sees a cat! Picture the scene folks!!

On our holidays and Padster had me good and proper this morning. Got me up at 4am for a wee,ran back in and I thought where's he gone. His bed was empty as he was now in mine! I had to squeeze in on the edge as he wouldn't move over for me. I had to smile at him for his cheek Pam thought I'd turned into a werewolf! xx

Sadly Miranda is no longer reserved...she is a beautiful little girl who is quite shy, but over the last few days she has started to come over to you for a gentle fuss. I am sure it won't be long before she is reserved again. Sending her my cuddle tonight. Xxx

I thought it was about time that I updated you on Lily's progress. After a some what shaky start she has finally started to settle. Initially she was like a bull in a china shop....she went everywhere at 100 miles an hour upsetting everything and everyone who got in her way. She terrorised my other dogs and frightened my chickens into not laying for 4 days. I honestly thought "What have we done" However after chatting to Ruth ,Kate and Pam we came to the conclusion that she didn't know where she fitted in to our pack and just needed time to establish herself. Three weeks later she is a totally different dog. Happy, calm, eating us out of house and home ,loves her cuddles, gets on fine with the others and even ignores the chickens. It just goes to show what time and patience can achieve, we honestly came close to her being our first failure but it just goes to show that even though we have had 5 other hounds each one is totally different and comes with their own challenges. She even spent Sunday at a big dog show and got a 4th in the first class she has ever been in ...following in her sister Hollie's footsteps. Well Done Lily. xxxx
