Well done lovely boy!!! Had been wondering if there was any way I could fit you in as well as Henry but where does one stop???? We would all like to adopt each and every one of you but sadly most of us are not that wealthy or have big enough beds ! I hope you and your family will continue to have many years of adventures. Dear Melysa and Sam,we are so very sad to hear that your beloved Ash has gone to rainbow bridge.We know how you feel as we had to make the same painful decision almost a year ago.Just be comforted in the knowledge that he had the best home he could have wished for and a family who loved him dearly and gave him the best TLC in the world.Its amazing how these wonderful greyhounds take over our very soul and its so very hard to lose them.Tonight there will be another bright star shining down from the heavens.Take care xx

Oh Melysa & Sam I am heartbroken to read your sad news. He was a very special boy and you both gave him an amazing life, no one could have done more to make him feel loved and cared for, I know you and Charlie Mouse will miss him terribly but take comfort from the lovely memories you have of your time with him. Dear Melysa, Sam and Charlie Mouse, so very sad you have lost your beautiful Ash. He was as you say such a brave lad and I can picture him now meeting and greeting everyone at the Daybreaks party just a few weeks ago...such a superstar, everyone loved him. God has gained a very, very special angel. Lots of love to you all Kate, Twiggy and Skip. Xxx

We have to be strong as Charlie Mouse goes for his x-ray tomorrow for his neck injury. He has been on many pain killers a day for some time now, but hasn't got any better. So the vet needs to know what's going on - a possible slipped disc has been mentioned. However, he is still managing to be his usual happy, cheeky self!

Yesterday we lost the bravest little man in the whole wide world. Our lovely, gentle boy went to rainbow bridge. He had had severe diarrhoea for 2 days & had lost so much more weight, his falls were becoming more & more frequent & his poor little body had become so frail, he was so very tired. We knew we had to let him go. The vet came over & he died in our arms yesterday afternoon. We are heartbroken & just sat together where his bed used to be & cried all last night. Who would have thought one so quiet could leave such an empty, empty space. Charlie Mouse lay with us, giving us both a paw. We love & miss him so very, very much & feel honoured to have called him our friend. He is free of all pain now, running, laughing & tumbling amongst the clouds. We will forever love you, Ash x Today we are going out to buy an Rowen Ash tree to plant in the garden just for him.
