Over the Rainbow Bridge
Hello! Not posted for a while, but wanted to let everyone know how Ash is. Well, he's eating well (4 steaks the other day!) but unfortunately he is always going to look thin the vet says! He is a beautiful boy, but his back legs are shot & are never going to get any better - he can only manage little walks & his back legs will often go from under him when out for a walk or trying to get up or down. He is unable to poo by himself, so we are always there to hold him up. He yips 3 times a night for us to get up & let him out for a wee too! It is a beautiful thing though when he struggles to get up to greet you & bats his lovely snowflake eyelashes! We are hoping to bring him to the Daybreaks Birthday Party &/or The Dogs Day Out In The Country - he won't be able to get around much, so we will bring his bed for him to lie on in a shady spot! We feel lucky to still have him with us after all he has been through x

Alfie (aka Ode)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Ode has today been on his first Awareness event at Stratford Pets at Home. He is a very calm lad who travels well in the car.He mixed well with his fellow greys and behaved perfectly when meeting both adults and children. A little caution is needed when he meets smaller breeds for the first time but this should not be a long term problem when this lovely lad eventually finds his forever home.
