Such terrible news. She is such a beautiful girl and my heart goes out to her family. l remember her so well, she was a favourite of mine. Does she have insurance ...if not, then l would happily make a donation towards the costs

Emmy
I’m Homed
Emmy is doing really well, enjoys her walks and will eat any food apart from sardines in sunflower oil, prefers them in tomato sauce. She has been to the vets last week and today as she managed to damage one of her claws on her food stand of all things, but she has been a very brave girl. Loves her cuddles and enjoyed the extra attention.

I had the awful news last night that Belle had been in a terrible accident. She is currently critical but stable.... Please keep everything crossed for her... She is hopefully going to be transferred to Willows shortly to be operated on if she is well enough 🙁 I will keep you posted as I get any news...

Rosa
I’m Homed
I was at the kennels on Saturday when Rosa's foster parents came to see her. She is just so lovely, she came over to the bars of the run a couple of times and I had some lovely kisses, the straight back to her "Parents" sides. I really hope that you end out as being another failed foster story, especially coming up to Christmas. Will keep checking for updates, and a change in colour of your banner on your picture from blue to GREEN!!!

When Rosa raced for us, she won our hearts and it was a very difficult decision to put her in Daybreaks Kennels but we were up to full limit at home. Everyone at the Racing Kennels were upset to see her go. She is a very special girl and thankyou to her "foster" parents for giving her a lovely Christmas. Hope all goes well. Luv Harryracer.

Kylie
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Another week has flown by with little Kylie in our gang. She's generally eating pretty well and tucking into her food quite happily although she doesn't quite manage to clean her bowl and doesn't always seem that fussed by breakfast but we've used no wet food all week. We've just had the second tuppy-up on the sofa that we've seen this weekend so I think she's quite happy with her lot. Her coat is looking shinier too. She's had a good couple of walks in the daylight this weekend and trotted along happily on them - in the week, she starts to sing with excitement just before her second walk. Kylie seems to settle down for the night now but she does think we should all be up by 7am latest bless her - I think it's really because 5 days a week we're up earlier than that and she doesn't get this weekend lie in lark yet. She's getting on well with Ben and Lucy and gave Andy a proper slurp up his face earlier on today - I'm still waiting for mine; I asked her for a kiss shortly after Andy's and she presented herself for a cuddle instead. It has to be said that this girl never gets tired of cuddles. Kylie has been 100% clean since she came to us and will stand by the back door looking at you til you get the message and let her out. We had a slight reaction to a cat on her evening walk a couple of days ago but it was only a whimper luckily - she was being drowned out by Lucy anyway! Kylie's quite a small girl but she's got lots of energy, is as bright as a button and has lots of love to give.

Cookie (Sofia)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Sofia was the lucky chosen girl to be Day 7 on Coventry Dog Wardens "Dog of the Day", (Coventry Dog Warden helps us advertise our lovely dogs looking for homes, where she choose a rescue centre, who then in turns chooses a dog to appear that day). Hope this helps you get a forever home for Xmas. xx
