Have not stopped thinking of this poor girl since i ran into Ruth on my way home from the kennels tonight! Ruths was understandably distraught. The poor girl was so close to finding a forever home n this as been so cruelly taken away from her, it's heartbreaking! Thank you to Ruth for spending last night down stairs with her n giving her lots of love n affection. RIP little girlie n I'm sorry u were taken too soon! X

Thanks melysa. I have been saying for the last 5 years there should be a class for noisiest dog or dog who has the most to say for themselves n every year still no class! Charlie would win every time! Trying to shut Charlie up is like trying to stop a volcano from erupting! It just ain't gonna happen n I'm glad he's like he is, he's got character n so to as Louis who seemed to just want to play with every dog although kates twiggy who normally wants to play with Louis was having none of it lol! Wouldn't change em' for the world n I'm sure it was your Charlies happiness n friendliness that won him best in show. He deserves it. Such a happy fella! X

I am devastated - it was only yesterday afternoon that I gave this beautiful girl a nice warm bath and watched as she daintily ate her bowl of dinner. So unfair, run free sweetheart.xxxx

So sad...Rolo has been reunited with her racing owner who died earlier this year. I spoke to his Daughter at length a short while ago who told me how much her Dad loved his dogs. I am sure he was waiting for her at Rainbow Bridge. God Bless little one. Xxx

Hello everyone, as I type Major is asleep with his legs in the air.....so I guess you could say he's happy. We collected him today, thank you to Kate for all her advice. So far he's discovered Steves cup of tea, candles might be lickable and squeaky toys are his best friends. He's eaten dinner and had three walks so far, he's a but stiff when he gets up but I think that's possibly an old injury. Let's hope he sleeps tonight x

I was bursting with pride (& may have had something in my eye) watching you winning! I knew how much it would mean to you. WELL DONE! xxx I thought it was lovely how he kept looking at Tracy & smiling and wagging his tail at her. All the dogs love her to bits and all the dogs that come to the kennels from her are always in beautiful condition & very used to cuddles - I think that speaks volumes!

Very proud of little Skip...he picked up a first for the best rehomed from Perry Barr. Have to say any of the Greyhounds in the ring could have won it, as all our dogs are the very BEST! Xxx

Well done Charlie n Melysa! He did look in great condition n i could see u crying from a distance. It was a lovely day. My Charlie n Louis( non greys) r still yet to win a red rosette but I'm still very proud of them as they both picked up a second placing. Thank you to little Jess for showing Louis for me, i really appreciated it. The only down side to the day was that my Charlie managed to pick up an asbo! Apparently his happy barking at people he knew was winding up other dogs!!!! Naughty boy! Look forward to next year if Charlie can learn to keep his mouth shut! X
