Hey! Oh yes I'm very happy and very spoilt, I knew there was a reason I didn't want to race, this option is much better! I'm learning how to be a dog now and went swimming the other day with my cousin Hudson, he's a Labrador though so was much better at swimming than me! Yes would love to see you all at the show, moms just got to buy me my new collar, I'm having a nice blue tartan one...if mom ever learns how to use ebay! Hope you're having a lovely time in France! Xxx

Polly
I’m Homed
Polly has settled in really well so far and is my little shadow, following me everywhere! She is doing well with the cats and is fine with Dingo. She has a big appetite, and gobbled her dinner down in seconds and tried to climb on my lap while I was eating. She enjoyed her walk and is now resting next to me. Just hoping now that she settles for the night.

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Prince here. I have been so busy since I came to live with Cheryl and Laurie. I have been on my best behaviour and apart from being tempted by their dinners and snacks (I have only managed to grab the bacon so far ha ha) I have been brilliant. I found some great places to wee in the garden and have asked to go out and I've slept all through the night both nights. I have met a few other doggies and some cats and I have just had a look and not really reacted. We had a nice time in the back garden today because the sun has been out and I've even learned if I am alert to the whistle I can get a treat out of them. If anyone wants to see my photos this is a link https://www.facebook.com/cherly.ratcliffe/media_set?set=a.10152376619711149.1073741884.710311148&type=3 Lots of love to all my friends at Daybreaks and thanks to everyone who has helped me get to my forever home. Big special lick for Joyce x

Had the pleasure of meeting Don today. Lovely nature and impeccably behaved on his walk. He is quite a big boy but so gentle and calm, and a handsome fella too!

Charlie (Millhouse)
I’m Homed
Millhouse was such a good boy out on his walk today. He has a lovely character and just stood and watched as two very large horses were ridden past him on the path. No reaction whatsoever. He is a bit of a fusspot as well. All in all one perfect greyhound.

Maggie (Mary)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Maggi has been no trouble at all while staying with us. She settled at home straight away with our grunds, good on walks, very friendly with children and is a lovely girl. Please don’t be put off by her age – its hard to tell she’s nine. Also, unlike ours, keeps off the settee and doesn’t bound up the stairs. Yesterday we visited Collingham show in Nottinghamshire where she met many animals and different breeds of dog. She wore her ‘I need a home’ vest and received a lot of attention. Maggi was third in the over sevens class and was unnerved by a Lancaster flypast (also met the last surviving British Dambuster). After a busy day Maggie slept soundly all the way home.
