Hi Effy, I'm so pleased to read from Auntie Ruth that there was no internal damage from your kennel buddy's nibble last week. You just have to get my electronic cuddle today gorgeous as you've been so brave having all those stitches and so good whilst staying at the 'Boswell Hotel'. I really do hope to have a proper (if stitches allow) cuddle with you on Wednesday morning. Take care little one, Tash x

So very sad to hear your news, always tragic when a special friend leaves for Rainbow Bridge, having lost a big, hairy furball recently I know just how you feel. I read somewhere that dogs leave footprints on your heart and how very true that is. What is also true is that somewhere another set of footprints are waiting for you and when the time is right....!

Effy is one very very adorable girl. I admit that whilst she was at the kennels she really didn't sell herself.... always barking at those walking past and really bouncy. I can not convey how different she is in enough words! She has melted my heart, she is gentle, totally clean in the house, sleeps downstairs at night with mine, can be left and doesn't stress, takes herself off into the front room and loves laying on the window seat. She LOVES her cuddles and we have just spent a good half hour having snuggles where she gently lifts her leg if she wants a bit more. She has 'Wispa' qualities but sadly the Boswell doors are closed to new intakes 🙁 Whoever chooses this girl has got a very special friend....... She was bitten by her kennel mate on Thursday and needed x-rays as there was fear of internal damage but it was just superficial however she has a big long row of stitches down her side. This sadly can happen when one might tread on another - it doesn't mean her kennel mate is aggressive. She did not retaliate which reinforces her lovely nature. I am going to keep her at home until she is fully healed and off her medication however she will be at the kennels each day for viewings. If you would like more info about her, please just call. Ruth

I went out today to see Cadbury in his new home and help with some training as he has been having severe separation anxiety. Fingers crossed now he starts to improve - he did really well today. Massive thanks go to his fantastic owners who are desperate to help him.... xxxxx

Hi Graham and Sarah, Bobby was a little restless last night but fine with the storm this morning, didn't take much notice of the thunder. He came up the stairs a couple of times and managed to find his way down again quietly easily. He is now back at the kennels ready and waiting to go off to his new home with you! Xxx

Sorry folks, really sorry, I know it still says Reserved as paperwork still not reached Ruth, but this boy IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE. You have all missed out on this fabulous dog. He may be deaf but he so makes up for it and his senses are heightened so he very aware of what is going on around him. He is a cuddle monster, food monster and totally adorable. Met a friend today and within minutes had cuddled up to him on the chaise. He is a very special boy and off on his first outing tomorrow to a vide grenier. Thanks Ruth for letting us love another one.
