I took Basil for his monthly blood tests on Monday and I had the results yesterday evening. Unfortunately his levels give a 99% indication that there is a sinister tumour present 🙁 Every day is totally precious......

Seriously though ....this boy has been in kennels far...far...to long !!! He really does deserve a lovely forever home...he has surely earned it...no...he has more than earned it !!! And he is gorgeous !!! So...would someone please offer Liam his very own home !! X.

She has surprised me again today, whilst out walking beautifully she spotted a cat on someone's drive, told her to leave it and she did straight away and didn't give it a second glance. She is such a lovely girl I don't know why she gets overlooked in kennels?? She is always overjoyed to meet people and tries her best to give you a friendly smile and big wag of her tail. Isla will be back at daybreaks for viewings over the bank holiday while we are away xx

in an effort to find shady places to walk Larry, who can't cope with the heat or inclines because of his heart condition, we took our 3 to the woods today. O the excitement! New places, new smells and.... squirrels. They say dogs are creatures of habit but ours certainly enjoyed somewhere different. Larry's cool coat is already being used and helps his breathing. He is now on 5 different drugs to keep him going but is still enjoying life.

Ciao Andy, Mummy, Daddy, and Lulu will pick you up on Saturday morning; we'll do some shopping for you and Lulu at the Daybreaks and then home to your new sofa! We moved all the furniture to make more room for you, and we are really looking forward to our first (actually second) walk together! Lots of cuddles, treats, and toys are waiting for you. If you are considering homing a greyhound then please dont let them being in kennels longer than most put you off. We homed Jack in december after a longer than average spell in kennels and he is amazing. I really dont know why he was overlooked, just as Liam is. Liam is a lovely boy who deserves a loving home all of his own and who I am sure will give you so much love and affection in return. Please please consider this gorgeous boy, he has so much to offer
