Poppy

Sadly things are not working out with Poppy so we are picking her up on our way back home from Padstow on Saturday so we will have a detour through Devon. She will come back with us and stop with ours until she finds a home. We were really hoping this would be a lovely new start for her but it just wasn't meant to be 🙁

Hi everyone, just before I start snoozing on the sofa, I thought I'd give you an update. Mom & Nan took me back to the vets again this morning and measurements were taken of my lumpy-thingy-ma-jig. Good news is that it seems to have gone down by a cm in width & length. The vet said that it's far more likely to be a torn muscle (or possibly tendon) than anything nasty, so you can imagine that my Mom & Dad are relieved to hear this. Me? well, I didn't think it was serious as I'm not limping and am still walking (very quickly!!) and running around the garden. My vulva infection has also cleared up so no more antibiotics needed. The downside to that though is that Mom always put them in a treat for me, so I'll have to work out another way to get some goodies! I also managed to singlepawdedly, switch off the vets computer as I was being rather nosey around where the wires plugged in to it! Must dash as I am now about to nod off zzzzzzzz ooooops, too late! Big licks to you all, Rosie Po x
