Max has today been at Pets at Home Sheldon supporting their Charity Event. He is a very friendly lad who enjoys meeting people of all age groups. He is an active lad who takes great interest in all that goes on around him and he is sure to prove a wonderful companion to whoever eventually is able to give him his forever home.

Judy has spent today at Pets at Home Sheldon together with Max and Smartie helping to support their Charity Event. As lovegreys has previously said after taking her on Stratford Walk she really is the sweetest natured loving girl you could wish to meet. The family who decide to home Judy will certainly be getting a most loving affectionate dog who just adores being in human company.

Poor Joe is going through the wars still with his toe. Since he had his operation on 14th April he has not been good at all... he is on even more antibiotics and when he is reviewed this coming Saturday, if it is still as swollen and inflamed he will undergo surgery that day to remove his toe. I am not only gutted for him but we were due to go to Cornwall for our holiday early hours on Saturday 🙁 Keep your fingers crossed he starts to improve xxxxxxxxx

I have spent the day popping in and out to check on Carla at our house - sadly each time she had been sick.... however literally by about 5pm she seemed to turn a corner - no more sick and has eaten a handful of chicken! She is curled up on the lounge floor - has not been bothered by our chickens and is so sweet........... I have a foster home lined up for her from tomorrow for a few days so she can recover fully and I am sure she will be snapped up very soon.

Torres - hope you get on well in your foster home. In spite of knowing we can not take on another dog at the moment my husband is abit gutted as he has walked you the last few Wednesdays and developed a bit of a soft spot for you! Sure you will be good boy and get on with the other houndies.best of luck to you all. Xx
