Hi Kate, I think we are making progress - slowly. He is definitely a chewer with particular tastes. We have a sheepskin cushion that he is determined to kill and he is quite partial to a particular book of mine. He also likes the tv remote - the other day he picked it up, managed to turn on the TV and then went and hid the remote. I have got him a nylabone but he is a bit slow on the uptake and hasn't worked out that he really can chew it as much as he likes. He is very happy with his thundershirt though and is definitely more relaxed with it on. He still likes to follow us around but is slowly working out that he can stay on his bed or in front of the fire and we aren't going to disappear. We will get there, it's just going to take time and he can have as much of that as he likes. Had a very lovely moment today though when he and Roxy had a play together after I took them out to the loo this morning. He is such a lovely little chap 🙂

Wow! For some reason (having not checked on his details prior to arrival) I was expecting a black boy - so it was a fabulous surprise when this gorgeous fella came through the gate! At only 28kg he is small for a boy... I guess he won't be here for long!

Third day for Al in his new home. Louisa you have done a wonderful job with him, he is a real gem. We lost Kiki 4 weeks ago and it is so nice to have Al with us , following us around and wanting lots of fuss. He is eating well, knows where to go to toilet and is just settling in to his new 4 beds scattered around the house for him. He is sleeping great at night. My word he is so big left two pieces of bread and butter out ,thought it was safe when came back into kitchen it was gone , saw him today with his two front legs on work top standing on his two back legs , he is so tall doing this .He is so loving , great when out walking on lead , no fuss with other dogs he meets. Thanks again Louisa for what you did for Al he is just great

Unfortunately Mystic is available for rehoming due to a change in his owners circumstances. He has been fostered by the Trust since the beginning of February and is due to have a dental which is going to be in the next few weeks. He is great with other breeds, unfortunately not cat friendly, walks beautifully on the lead and house trained. If you would like more information just give us a call.
