Katie (Ex Kitty) has developed a lump on one her nipples over the last few days, so dad took her off to see our nice vet today. After looking at the internet to see what the problem could be, we were very worried at the possible outcome! thankfully the vet has advised me that the lump is benign and it will be removed next Wednesday. I now have a tired dog (Sleeping on her new outdoor summer bed) and a stressed wife!

Hi, we haven't stopped thinking of this girl since we met her. Therefore, is it possible to bring our two greyhound girls over on Sunday to meet her? If all goes ok we will then collect her the following Saturday when we finish for half term and hopefully we can add number 3 to our greyhound clan if all goes well?! Xx

Boo did a brilliant impression of a "Duracell bunny" today...she wanted to play all day! She had great fun chasing Sam, her kennel mate and Sara's little Louis round and round the kitchen run. Even Louis had to give up trying to keep up with her, so she amused herself playing with her toy camel throwing him here, there and everywhere! Who said Greyhounds have no stamina! She is just the most special little girl. Hope the most special person gives her a home. Xxx

Hi Kizzy(WIZZY). My boy Gent damaged his tail about 3 years ago. He had an injury to about the bottom 3 inches of his tail and lost all the hair. He had to have dressings for a couple of months, but a couple of weeks after the dressings finished, we could see very fine hairs coming back and eventually it all came back. Does look a bit weird without hair though doesn't it?! Mand x

Don't worry too much about Kizzy's tail being bald, Bertie is a real tail wager and it did keep bleeding when we first had him 18 months ago, it did heal and was bald for quite a Long time, but the fur did eventually grow back but it took quite a while !!! Also blades tail was a little fur less when we had him but 7 months on it is a real thick furry tail !!!

Agree with every word Stormin says - Boo is adorable but just not showing herself at her best in the kennels. She is a small girl who loves to play with her toys, and has a little fun streak in her that is gradually emerging. Her own sofa is what she needs now to help her gain confidence. (I must just add that she loves going out with her Uncle Norman, and when she first came to us she hid away from men - just shows what can be achieved with time and patience).x
