Had a cuddle with Michael today, he is fabulous. I am so tempted to have a trial and see how he get on with Jay and Amber, Jan says no but I am working on her. If not someone will have a stunning addition to their family.

Hi Silv A huge thank you for your gift today, sorry I just could not wait until Christmas to open it !!!!! I have shown the picture to Bertie, and Mindy will take centre stage on our sideboard along with Charlie ( my special old boy who I sadly lost 18 months ago ) these dogs have such a special place in our hearts and will never be forgotten, Mindy lives on through all of her babies, Bertie has inherited his moms wonderful gentle personality, he is just so special to us and one of Mindys other boys, Martie looks so like his mom and is also an amazing lad, as I am sure was Pippa, we are all so Lucy to have had time with these wonderful Monkspath and icemaid hounds, thank you again xxxxx!!

The posts about lovely Boo remind me so much of how nervous Daisydog was over a tear ago. Please don't let anyone be put off by a nervous girl or boy. Today my girl went to a party with people she did not know. Met a huge black lab called Chester and a beautiful blue grey called Ross as well as her chum Katie. She had such fun. A bit nervous to start with but was soon fluttering her eyelashes at all the boys, of both the four and two legged variety. A year makes a HUGE difference. I was so proud of her. So don't let shyness put any prospective owners off. Boo will blossom. Xx

Boo has had a day out with Biffo meeting Xmas shoppers at Stratford Pets at Home. She met lots of small children and small dogs with no problems whatsoever. She is quite a shy girl but the experience of being out and about in 'the big wide world' will hopefully help her confidence grow. Perhaps her permanent home will arrive very soon and anyone who is looking for an affectionate loving girl who would probably like a quiet environment to live in would find her a perfect companion.

Biffo spent the day at Pets at Home Stratford with Boo plus 10 happily homed other greys where his behaviour was simply perfect. He met lots of small dogs and small children without any problems whatsoever. Before and also after going to Stratford he was cat tested and the signs were very positive with no aggresive reaction at all. This lovely lad is small children, small dog and most probably cat friendly. There must surely be a permanent home arriving for him very soon.

Biffo arrived with sweet Boo for the awareness day at Pets at Home, Stratford on Avon today. What can I say! He is fabulous. Well behaved, calm, affectionate and extremely handsome with his beautiful, shiny coat. He had plenty of fuss and attention from the shoppers and wasn't bothered by any of the small dogs - just glancing in their direction and then looking away. To add to all that I have heard a rumour, from a very reliable source, that he is cat friendly! Thank you Biffo for being such a star today. xxxx

Boo

Boo came from the kennels today to help us with the awareness event at Pets at Home, Stratford upon Avon. She is such a sweet, gentle girl who stayed quietly by my side today and was an absolute angel. To begin with she was quite nervous with all the 'hustle and bustle' going on around her, but definitely came out of her shell by the end of the day, enjoying some gentle fuss. Boo will certainly be a wonderful, loyal companion when she finds her forever home. Thank you for being such a good girl, Boo. xxxx p.s. and no one could resist those beautiful eyes.

Abigail and Denny have, touch wood, got on fine. Dinner time was a bit strange as Denny had his food first, and then Abi had hers. She didn't seem that insterested, we had to "lace" it with tuna. Is this just a stress thing or an "I can't eat before you" thing? When we tried to put Abis food in a bowl next to Denny's bowl he tried to eat hers as well!!! Denny is getting a stair master for Christmas,
