Coco

Just an update on Coco. He is def not small dog or fury friendly. Actually if its smaller than a labrador its in trouble. lol. He is now very well settled and has found the sofas, little horror.lol. He has def brought our other dog Lottie out of her nervousness as she now thinks she is a rotweiller. We have had no accidents apart from him stealing the kids cuddly toys when there not looking and wont give them back, the kids will learn though not to leave them around, otherwise they become his and we can find a large amount of them in his bed sometimes. xxx

Saw Duggie at training with Julie today. What a handsome boy....and so lovely to see him looking so shiny and happy. Daisydog tried to give him a kiss - and will probably try again!

Cheeky

My heart goes out to Cheeky who is back at the kennels. At the age of 10 years old, this girl should be in a home to call her own. She was returned recently due to a marriage break up and I had her at home for a while and then she had a short holiday in another foster home. Cheeky is clean in the house but can be a little grumpy around new dogs.... she was great with my 6 but was not so happy with visiting and Trust dogs she didn't know - I think she found it a little overwhelming which is understandable as she has spent her last 5 years in a home as an 'only child'. As our house has constant 'comings and goings' I felt it just wasn't fair on her. She is very settled at the kennels and tends to lay on her back, legs in the air or curled up in a tight ball and loves it if you go in and fuss her. She is fantastic with children and is very very loving. If you would like any more information about Cheeky, please call Daybreaks on 0121 782 7702 x

I met this fabulous lady today. What a sweetheart she is, such a quiet ,gentle and friendly girl she was amazing with the cats. She lay down quite happily and went to sleep, and so did the cats, they were all relaxed in each others company. Bless her. Xx
