    I’m Homed

Hi, Tinker sounds like she is looking for the right home. We are looking into the breed and can offer a mix of a quiet and active home with a 4 year old and 2 other rescue dogs. Our gilrs are well trained and socialised. Is there anything you can tell us about Tinker you think we should know before coming and seeing her? xx

Hi, Rose looks adorable. I have 2 rescue dogs that are lab/labx's. Have a family home with a 4 year old, both me and my husband work shifts. Is there anything you can tell me about Rose before arranging a visit? Thanks. XX

Lizzie is such a little darling who has sooooooo come out of her shell with the family. She loves fuss, loves Bob, loves the kids and loves sniffing around and running free in a nearby field. Unfortunately after a visit to the vets we were told she had a heart murmur but after talking to Ruth we were not concerned as this is very common, however after a follow up appointment we were told it is not one of those heart murmurs but a moderate heart condition. She has a cough which was initially treated with a cough mixture but this had no effect, then the vet linked the cough to the heart problem. We are so glad she has found us. At the moment she is full of life so we will just take every day as it comes and love her and spoil her and cuddle her forever....

    I’m Homed

Well after having trouble logging in all week I'm finally back on & can update you on Jed's progress!!  He's been with us just over 2 weeks and what a change we've seen!! From hardly eating anything, he now gobbles his feeds up & loves a bit of chicken, oily fish or even patè mixed in! His coat is looking much better and he's clean in the house with only the occasional accident!  He responds to his name now & comes to you for cuddles, kisses & fuss 🙂 He has a huge love of footballs & squeaky toys & plays well with them.  He is such a gentle lad who is a real softy & adores the company of people. He is good with children & can take a good over enthusiastic squeeze or two! He can be more playful with older children but responds well to firm commands.   We have been able to leave him for long periods, although this is with our greyhound Minnie. He does show some anxiety when he is left (mostly crying) but so far there have been no major signs of distress like destruction or soiling.  JimBobsMom- as we are looking after him he is not at the kennels but we can bring him over for you to meet & take for a walk 🙂 xx Such a gorgeous boy!! X

Sooo happy for you Lucy and Fi. The best pairing I would say. I have been praying she would end up with you Fi. Coming from her once foster mummy, Lucy is not only a princess but an ANGEL. Love you Lil Lucy! Fiona, my offer still stays if you need someone to look after Lucy if in case you are going on a holiday or needing a break. She is always welcome here. xxx

My Beautiful Lucy went to the vets yesterday and i was told she has 3 milignant mammary tumors, the vets is happy to leave them as they are at the moment as attempting to remove them could cause them to spread, he will be monitoring them for growth every few weeks but feels they do not look too active. will keep you updated but at the moment she is a happy waggy little girl! xxxxx
