I came home this evening and she ran into the Kitchen for her food and she has calmed alot , she still excitable but she has calmed , anyway , I went up stairs and noticed some wood pellets that I use for the fire scattered all along the stairs , a bit strange but the riddle was answered when I got into my bedroom and there was her muzzle lying on the floor , still perfectly fastened , I dont know how but she managed to get it off , Im sure it was on properly after she had eaten this morning after all its been on and off twice a day for nearly 2 weeks , so I think Ive got the hang of it by now , luckily the rooms and part of the house the dogs are in never have anything in them that could do her any damage , like electrical cables turned on or the like that she could chew through and injure herself , but any ideas on how she got this off? Could it just be that I misfitted it this morning or can greyhounds slip muzzles off , as I said it was still fastened the way I've been doing it since I've had her

We are very lucky Coco chose us. She has already settled in with us and our other grey as if she has always lived here. Thank you Ruth and Daybreaks, we will keep you posted. We did love Mia too - I am sure she will be rehomed really soon.

It's a pleasure to help! He's still only taking small amounts but I think he will soon be munching away!! He mastered the stairs today & lives to lie on the landing for a bit of piece & quiet! He'll also lie at our feet if we're on the sofa 🙂 He enjoys going for a zoom around in the garden & has enjoyed his walks too-he's very good on the lead! We've met a few other dogs (Inc small fluffies) & he's been interested to look but not lunged for them. He's paid little attention to the cats he's met, he's more of a squirrel kinda guy! He's loving, clean in the house & loves a tickle under the chin....perfect!! X

Isn't it just wonderful when you get home from your holidays and your greys literally jump into your arms they're so pleased to see you?! Mine had been spoiled rotten for 10 days with my Mum and Dad, enjoying afternoon (caffeine-free) tea with half a fig biscuit each and learning how to let Mum know when it was time for a cuppa, with a certain little girl even being allowed to chose if she wanted to sleep downstairs with Gent or upstairs in Mum and Dad's room. They've had so much fun while we've been away that they're still fast asleep on their beds as I type, an hour after we usually go for a walk. Don't you just love 'em! Mand x

Lovely to meet Louise Donnelly today, whose husband Steve trained Cookie and our house guest Tia. It was obvious both dogs adored her. Best of luck with your new life out on the water Louise.
