A cuddle from us and Star. You lived with our Star at your first home. It is really sad that it hasn't worked out, and we hope someone falls for you quickly. You are house and cat trained so that should help. We always wish we had more room etc xxxx

Just wanted to join everyone else in saying Merry Christmas to all the wonderful people we have met (and those yet to meet) since we have adopted our wonderful 'kids' Gent and Emily. We never would have guesssed how much they've changed our lives and we have made some wonderful friends too. Been in the kitchen this evening with my two 'helpers' making home-made cranberry sauce and Jamie Oliver's Get Ahead Gravy. Christmas....bring it on!!!!! Have a wonderful time everyone and here's to more good times and lovely re-homings for 2012. Love Mand,Stefano, Gent and Emily xxxxx

Gent was exactly the same having his dressing changed (he's such a wuss!), but we found it easier doing that with two people - one at the rear with the dressings and one at the front with the treat jar! Not a squeak out of him then! Once his tail healed we used to gently massage in E45 cream regularly during the day to make sure the scar didn't dry out and then split if he whacked his tail against something. Hope you have a lovely Christmas. Mand x

little monkey did climb on the sofa today totally unaided and got off as well, second time he tried to get off he lost his balance and crashed into the radiator....sofa is now totally out of bounds as he has bruised himself.....he is trying to do too much and it's hard to stop him hurting himself, he has little vision in his left eye now which is causing the problems as he obviously can't judge distances and objects too well at the moment....apart from that he is doing brilliantly.....A very Happy Christmas to everyone from all of us in Derby 🙂 xxxxxx

poor little man, it's not easy for any dog to live with small kids and its up to the parents to monitor the kids' behaviour....obviously better for Bob to come back then an unfortunate incident happening and him getting the blame. we shall find you your forever home as you are a super boy. xxx

She has definatly found her forever home, even though she eats everything and is on rations of rice again!! Thanks again and see you in the new year.

Reubes Update: First thank you for all your best wishes, I was gutted I had hurt my boy but he has most definately forgiven me. Its healing well, still on antibiotics as a precaution. Staples out next Friday all being well. Reubes is only occasionally trying to lick at the wound now the dressing is off, so I'm muzzling him when out & about. He cried a bit getting the dressings changed so I'm relieved thats stopped. My vet was worried that R would damage his tail further bouncing around, but my boy is truely retired and doesn't move for 98% of the day and very reluctantly walks for more than 10 mins!! Ha Ha!! Thankgoodness its just a tail injury and nothing like what poor Toby has gone through. luv t
