I still have little Chloe at home - she is such a good girl and recovering well from her spey a few days ago. I will have to be brave and leave her at the kennels along with Chloe tomorrow - I hope they both get picked!

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Well all, Mindy's back to the vet's today, although not to well this week & has lost a little weight. It appears there is some virus going around (she had diarrhoea, some sickness & not eating as well as she was) and taking all into account she defies her problem. Sylv.

Sophie is so very sweet. I picked her up from the vets yesterday following her spey. She is only about 22kg and in immaculate condition (she comes from an exceptional trainer). I have just had an hour's cuddle with her and she paws at you when you stop stroking her. I am sure she won't be at Daybreaks for long.

Penny and her brothers have gone to Bark Inn kennels for a few days while we move house, they are going to be spoilt there and well looked after...but the house feels so empty without them! I had no 5am Penny alarm (I was awake waiting for it, as I usually leap out of bed shhhing her so she doesn't wake everyone up too!) I came downstairs and there were no Greyhound tap dancing feet or wiggly bums by the door and now I'm sitting here without having my morning snuggle from Penny, intense sniffing and wet nose on my face from Buddy and Jack giving my ear a morning lick! I don't understand how a house can be a home without a dog?! xxxx
