Lucy
I’m Homed
Well its been 3 weeks today, and it feels like weve always had Lucy we wouldn't be without her now!! She's doing really well, she goes on her bed when asked (majority of the time), were still working on lie down, and she's getting really good at waiting and no longer wants to chase Lawson and thinks he's a 4 legged furry minus the fur lol!! The wonders liver can do except when she ignores us at training that is lol!! She really enjoys her long walks down the railway lines, and were very lucky to have an enclosed tennis courts just up the rd from our home that we can use. Her and Davey stay side by side and love running free together, It's lovely to see. xx

Poor Ratty, thankgoodness she has you and Daybreaks...no dog is perfect (whatever that means!) but we take on these wonderful dogs because of where they came from and the challenges they have. I think it gives them character and it's rewarding when you finally break through. My new 4 legged alarm clock woke me at 5am...but I wasn't cross with her, in fact I was very proud because she'd gone through the night without a peep, huge progress (it has been at least 3x's a night...yawn...zzz!) This wasn't the right home for you Ratty and you weren't the right dog for them but the right one is out there, big hugs little girl xxxx

Ratty
I’m Homed
Ratty was returned to our house last night by her owner after being homed for a second time at the end of December. The main issue for her return seems to be that she was barking and leaping at the fence at the neighbours dogs. More recently she had started toileting in the house too. Sadly these are issues that could have easily been resolved....... She is a beautiful girl - she fitted back in to our routine like she had never been away. I hope she can find a home soon to call her own for the rest of her days.

Kelly
I’m Homed
Hi just a quick update on kelly. She is doing brilliantly. She is very loving and it shocks me how quickly she trusted us. Both kelly and alfie love to run in the garden and she is the only dog we have met that can yawn her head off when we go walkies. Unfotunately kelly did decide to empty the bin today. It took dave 40 mins to tidy it all up and hoover every where! She definitely is my kind of dog! A clean house for the weekend - i cant complain. We are chuffed to bits she is ours and is the perfect addition to our family. We couldnt imagine life without her. We will all see you soon love julie, dave, lauren, alfie and kelly x x x x

I have a passion for the big boy dogs, but this little girl won my heart today, she is quite simply the sweetest darling and also very pretty. She must miss her owners (who were very sad at having to let her go) but I am sure that the first person to spend some time with her will snap her up. A total sweetie.
