Just to put the record straight we are broken hearted that we have to give up our dogs (and cats) and last year when we took Joker home we didn't know we would have the opportunity to migrate. So it is sad all round. But we have to think about the dogs welfare, not ours, and put them first which is what we are doing. So please don't judge us so harshly. We have thought long and hard about our decision and feel it is in the best interests for both Joker and Brook (and our cats) to be re-homed in the UK. If you think it is an easy decision to make then you are wrong. We will never stop loving them. So we would ask that you don't judge people when you don't even know them or the circumstances. We hope that the love we have shown towards our dogs will benefit whoever takes them on in the future.

Hi there Kayt When our dog passed away last year I didnt think I could ever have another dog but our lives would have been empty without one, or two!. We met Dylan on a visit to Bark Inn Kennels and he was lovely, very calm and relaxed. I think it is a shame he hasnt got a home yet but I wasnt sure if he is looking for a foster home or permanent home at the moment. Please consider him as he seems like a lovely dog. He's lovely, our dog passed away 6 weeks ago and I said I would never have another one but after seeing an article in our local paper I had a look on this site and am now hooked on having a greyhound. Its just my husband I have to persuade 🙁 xxx

Jill and I took beautiful Meggie to her new home in the country this morning. She can now look forward to lots of lovely walks in the peaceful green lanes of Worcestershire.

Over the Rainbow Bridge
Flo joined us on Thursday, one accident that night, but our 2 other grays are showing the way, & the older lady has taken control. Nothing since. Although on Sat I was called to the door & 2 doughnuts disappeared, a large pack of loo rolls demolished & a newspaper shredded in seconds. The old lady g/hound is taking control, otherwise she must take after her mom in nature. Hope Ruth has a good day. Sooner her than me. If you were meant to jump out of aeroplanes you would be born with feathers.

Jake is at home with us now and although he is very timid, he has settled in the house and has enjoyed a walk with his new sister Baby. He is a little scared by the newness of it all but i hope he will relax with a lot of TLC - thankfully in plentiful supply here!!!

Hi Zowie we got Jessy home has stopped wimpering has eaten her dinner as I left she was lying on her duvet sardines for supper later Mom keeps talking to her I will pop up to moms tomorrow and walk her with mom she is such a sweetheart thank you for today it was a sad day this morning with suzie and mom accepted and knew it was time for her to go to rainbow bridge Jessy will be well looked after and loved and she will keep my mom going and give her a purpose in life again thank you very much Ann wolfys mom
